Ana Anan Resort & Villas Pattaya

The hotel is located in a very good location, directly connected to the beach, giving it a private beach-like feel. The restaurant staff took great care of us, and we were very impressed with both the breakfast and dinner. The rooftop bar was also stunning. The room's soundproofing was excellent, and the pool was amazing. On the downside, we arrived at the hotel slightly later than the normal check-in time. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room was not yet ready and were asked to wait without being told how long it would take. Additionally, the check-in staff only verbally informed us where the lift was located. Honestly, it would be better if they could walk guests to the lift, as the hotel's layout can easily mislead guests and cause them to go the wrong way. Once we checked into the room, we found hair on the floor, which was clearly not ours. The beach bag was not set up in our room, and we had to call to request it, even though my friend's room was properly prepared when they entered. The second day, housekeeper took away the bathrobe and did not replace it. When we called to ask for a replacement, we were questioned about how many people were staying in the room, which felt unnecessary. It would be great if management could look into these issues and make improvements. Overall, however, we still enjoyed our stay.

Selected this hotel based on the advertised photos on their website and trip.com. The hotels public spaces (lobby and restaurants) are well maintained. Unfortunately the rooms are not on par with advertisement. Stains on bed, broken toilet seat, spots and huge black (dirt?) stripes on bathroom floor, mold in the shower, stains on slippers (which looks like spilt toothpaste while brushing teeth?) from previous guests and so on. Service from reception far is beyond expectations; on the last night of our stay we were kept awake until 2AM due to (cleaning up after) an event in the hotel. We informed the hotel staff (at the reception) about our awful experience and we got a “sorry to hear that” as response. All in all not worth the 120 Euros per night rate. And definitely not 5 star worthy in terms of service and offered in-room experience. My advice would be to: have a nice drink at the over the moon bar at the roof top (which is nice) and save your money for a better hotel to stay at.

Overall is good. Like the swimming pool. If want to take morning photo with sunlight have to wait until 12pm++, the building will block the morning sunlight. Afternoon sunset photo no issue. Breakfast is very good, full of western and Thai choices.

Great and amazing hotel. Under the cafe & over the moon cafe was a romantic cafe with delicious food and good environment.we have enjoyed at the Beach also.Hotel is the good location and suitable for relax and peaceful.Room was big and quality of breakfast serve with delicious local Thai food and various foods.

The room, with its stunning side sea view, provided a peaceful and romantic atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing couples getaway.
