At 7:00 a.m. the cleaning service came to the floor and started slamming doors, talking VERY loudly. They knocked on my room, I got up, opened the door and there was no one there. No respect for guests who are relaxing. You can't do that. Otherwise, as a budget hotel, it's worth the money.

1. Room is nice and spacious.
2. Not much option for breakfast for non-Asians, consider giving American breakfast option (even if it costs a little more). Breakfast is geared toward the Chinese clientele only right now.
3. Please re-stock amenities everyday, new toothbrush and toothpaste was not given after the 1st night, this is basic hygiene.
4. Please service your aircon every 3 months, aircon was not very effective during our stay, outside ambient temperature was cold since it’s December so it was bearable and we didn’t complain.
5. Consider serving beverages at the poolside, like fresh coffee and tea. Also please consider a nice fresh coffee like Nespresso to be available (paid by Guest if you don’t want to give free).

Very good, quiet, located in the middle of Pattaya Sattahip, making it very convenient to travel. Not crowded. For those who like peace, I recommend it. The swimming pool is very big. The staff is polite. The room is very good.
