The room, the atmosphere, the price, whether it is a hot spring, etc. The points that are important to each person differ. But at the very least, I think that the state of the level described on various homepages and travel sites should be secured. Especially if the price is reasonable. This time, I made a reservation thinking that the atmosphere of the open-air bath in the room would be nice, so the result was really very disappointing. This could not be compensated for by the amenities and drink bar provided. Also, what I didn't like the most was that I was told that after being guided to the room, and even though I had sent an email before that, such as a discount for a vaccine certificate. First, there was never any confirmation about the reinforcement equipment. If it had been confirmed in advance, I would not have bothered to stay in the room with the open-air bath. Since we were young women, it may have been thought that this size would be fine. In this case, the price was about 30,000 yen per person with an open-air bath, and I thought I was offering a price considering the locality of Kagoshima, but there are many better hotels and inns with this level of service, so I went out of my way to come here. I don't think it's necessary to revisit. I was told that I would like to go if I showed the picture to my parents, but I refused. I won't be recommending it to my friends in the future. It is really a pity. By the way, regarding the bathroom in the room, even though I went to see it immediately after arriving, there were many large mosquitoes and spider webs, and it didn't feel clean. rice field. A few things that I liked were the quality of the hot springs, and the politeness of the employees from beginning to end. I think people who value only that point should go.
