Nexottel Sai Cottage

I recently stayed with my family at this property for 3 nights, and it turned out to be a forgettable experience. We booked their “Deluxe Rooms”, which were far from even being fit enough to be put up for occupancy! The washroom were extremely smelly, the toilet seat covers were broken, the walls had dampness all around the corners and the interiors were absolutely pathetic, not even equivalent to a ₹500 room! They charged a hefty amount of ₹5000/night/room and I am still in utter disappointment how did I even pick this place! They have ZERO sense of providing services to their guests! For everything, you need to poke them. Right from room cleaning to even a cup of tea in the morning! Apart from a couple of decent guys in the kitchen, “services” do not exist in this property. After a lot of hassle, we somehow managed to catch hold of a guy who helped us with the very basic necessities, apart from that, this property has unbelievably low standards. Their kitchen isn’t functional before 8:30 am. You’ll have to literally feel like you are asking for a favour when you ask them for a cup of morning tea before 8:30 am. I skipeed their breakfast generally because the timing is so late, that my day plans of exploring Mahabaleshwar itself would have gone for a toss. To sum it up, it nowhere looks like a ‘cottage’ and its not at all worthy of being called a hotel! Please avoid it even if you have reschedule your trip due to unavailability of stay options in Mahabaleshwar, but do not plan to stay here in any condition. Yes, its that bad!❌

The property is well maintained and the view from balcony is awesome. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Although the location is little inside but it is worth if you want to stay close to the nature. The room service is quick and up to the mark. I stayed in this hotel with my family for two nights and enjoy my overall stay here.

The Loft

Brilliant place, one of the better villas in Panchagani. It has 4 rooms and the best part it has a living area where table tennis, carrom etc are available, sofas to relax. The views are very good. The sit out area in ground floor is also very nice. The caretaker Ajay and the lady cook were great. Ajay was very patient with all our requests and not once shy away. The lady cooked wonderful meals and always ready to comply with our requests
The Redstone Resort

Our recent stay at Redstone Resort was a perfect place to rejuvenate and pure bliss. The staff's warm hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The luxurious accommodations and scenic natural views were really beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing by the playing housie games, took a dip in pool, had karaoke singing sessions and explored in and around the property. The culinary offerings were exceptional with good tasty food to refresh our taste buds. Overall, Redstone Resort provided the perfect escape. Thanks to the courteous staff for their outstanding service and arrangements. Shweta Trivedi Thyssenkrupp
