We stayed for 2 nights at Bella Vista Resort with our family, including 2 teenage children and a senior citizen parent, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant ensured that our stay was smooth and comfortable. The service was consistently excellent and delivered with warmth. The rooms are well-kept, spacious, and cozy, and the property itself feels very peaceful — perfect for a relaxing getaway in Mahabaleshwar. What stood out for us were the activities available indoors. Since it was raining heavily during our visit, we really appreciated the variety: table tennis, carrom, foosball, board games, and even karaoke evenings. This ensured that every age group — from teenagers to elders — had something to enjoy and kept us entertained despite the weather. A special mention to Ms. Ashwini from the restaurant staff, who made our dining experience delightful. She was extremely kind, attentive, and ensured we felt comfortable during every meal, whether it was the complimentary breakfast buffet or à la carte orders. Speaking of food — the restaurant and in-room dining options were fantastic. The pizzas, noodles, and other dishes we tried were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The variety at the breakfast buffet was also impressive, catering to both Indian and continental tastes. Overall, Bella Vista Resort is a wonderful choice for families looking for a mix of comfort, great food, and engaging activities. The staff’s hospitality, especially the personal touch from Ms. Ashwini, made our trip extra special. We would definitely love to return on our next visit to Mahabaleshwar.

Bella Vista is an excellent resort. Very good for families with lot of activities for kids inhouse. It's spot clean and food served in house, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner, everything is good. Staff is well behaved and the view from the resort it excellent. I would surely visit it again.

We loved the Mahabaleshwar property. View from our room balcony was picturesque. Cleanliness inside and outside room was top notch. Also, their service from check in to check out was excellent. All the ground staff was very helpful and always helped with a smile and greeting. We will definately visit again.

The resort is scenic with lots of activities included. It is children friendly. The restraunt is really amazing with delicious food. The staff is humble, kind and always welcoming with a smile specially @ashwini and her collegues are friendly.
