Wir hatten eine wirklich sehr schöne Wohnung, geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Fotos im Netz übertreiben nicht! Die Lage in Sassnitz ist sehr gut, die „Altstadt“, die Strandpromenade und der Hafen sind in Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einen (halben) Punkt Abzug für die Lage an einer zumindest tagsüber regelmäßig befahrenen Straße (keine 4-spurige Hauptstraße!!), ab ca 20h aber kaum noch Verkehr. Und wer im Urlaub auch TV schaut, sollte davon nicht zu viel erwarten. Insgesamt aber eine große Empfehlung für die Villa am Steinbach, wir werden - auch zu der sehr aufmerksamen und sympathischen Vermieterin - wiederkommen!
