Hotel cleanliness was a major drawback. The carpets were dirty and toilet had stains. I even saw a insect crawling on one of the beds in my room.

You booked me there at 10:00 and they were FULL!!! The desk said they told you at 4:09 pm they were full !!! You got my 430.00$. Seriously?!?!
