Worse stay we ever had staff seem to be not welcoming at all, the hotel entrance ways hall ways look terrible dark,filthy, stained. Amenities were in bad shape broken, like three lamps shade not working, hair dryer not working. Breakfast were served an apple, Muffin and juice box.

Absolutely awful conditions. Everything - toilet, shower curtains, bathtub, window curtains - was filthy. We left without staying due to the conditions. Thankfully the staff allowed us a full refund.

Floor Mat in the elevator was old and dirty, turned up edges
Dangerous as someone can easy trip on it. Facility needs a dusting service

Cleaner rooms would be appreciated...
the toilet seat had hairs from the previous guest .... some wall have stains ... under the microwave was disgusting.
The fridge in 219 freezes everything.
The a/c in 219 is extremely noisy when the compressor kicks in.
The shower in 219 was VERY small ... a handheld shower head installed in there would improve the situation greatly.
Having more varied sized towels would be appreciated.
The first room I was given had a faulty card reader on the door, so I had to repack all my belongings and move to another room ... there was no apology and it felt like I was treated like more of pain in butt.
