Good service, especially impressed receptionists. Breakfast is so nice, you’d better to try fresh milk & eggs. Room is simple but very clean and large. I really enjoyed & relaxed during stay.

If you purchase a Starlight ticket on the day of check-in, you can exchange it for a free one-day ticket the next day. And you can enjoy one hour early admission. The part I really wanted to experience but unfortunately was not knowing how to use the canal’s check-in service. Luggage can be stored. You need to walk a short distance to park, and the parking area is easily confused when navigating. Pay special attention to the parking lot of the European Hotel.

I like this European style hotel. The location is in the northeast corner of the park. The service is very good, and the kaiseki cuisine in the hotel's Japanese restaurant tastes great. There is also a free shuttle to the hot spring baths. The whole family had a great time.
