Nice hospitality by Management, Reception area worth to be more plesent. Ms.Moumita's welcoming was heart touching. I wonder when I saw her singing songs at karaoke night to entertain guests. In restaurant Mr.Zahid also works heartily and tried to give maximum from his side with smiling face.

It's a small but beautiful IHCL hotel just in front of Sasan Gir bhawan from where safari starts. Kathiawari thali is excellent. The staff is well-mannered and very good. The hotel property has been maintained well. The paintings on the wall are very beautiful

I travelled with my family, and Nonveg food availability was the key ask from the Hotel. (The buffet spread was short). Room was small in size. with an extra bed, recommendation to opt for a bigger room. Housekeeping was good. Restaurant was V.Good - Staff is courteous and supportive & makes a positive connect with the guests. Swimming Pool was ok. (need to wait a lot for the poolside towels.) Hotel arranged a local Cultural Dance show which added good flavour to the stay. Overall, My key take away is Non-Veg food availability in the hotel. Comparing other 5* Properties the buffet could have been much better spread.

Great Hotel & Very scenic Forest view. The staff did not say no for anything.& made our stay truly enjoyable & Comfortable. Loved the empty & Clean swimming pool for same great exercise. Apu was great at the Karaoke sessions. Thanks to Mr Zaheed ( Who personally looked after us ) & Mr Aladad. The Chef Mr. Rakesh is very accommodating.

We had a good time at this property. The proximity of the hotel was at a walking distance from the safari starting point. We enjoyed the amenities at the hotel including swimming pool, spa and indoor games. The rooms were spacious and had a good view of the Gir forest. Delicious food which catered for the non-spicy palate of kids as well. Recommended for your stay at Gir.

Overall, it was a value for money proposition. Food needs to revolutionise as it was pretty average, scores below par as per Taj banner. Plus restaurant comfort was poor, needs to be improved. Rather than of Taj banner, it looked like a guest house of public sector, where rooms were comfortable but restaurant comfort & food quality was poor.

It was a great stay at this property. Location is best. Staff is also very cooperative. And rooms are also good food serverd was also fresh and timely. Hotel views are too good u can enjoy with your family and friends and can have a great stay at gir seirrei

I enjoyed my time with my kids. Have no regrets booking Gir Serai. Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Very near to safari booking gate. Completely surrounded by greens. Rooms had great view and sit out in balcony was nicely arranged.

This is the nearest hotel to Sinh Sadan where all safari’s start. Hotel staff arranged pick up and drop for safari from hotel itself. Hotel also has a liquor permit counter, if a visitor wish to avail. Staff is courteous and friendly. Food is good and buffet is the best option. Pool is clean and maintained. Small kids play area too is well maintained. Overall a very satisfying stay.
