Very spacious place and bathroom. Our room had a small kitchen with the basics that became very useful as we cooked two of the nights we were there. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Centrally located and very near places to eat, supermarkets, all kinds of stores and more. Lots of places to see and visit just a short drive away. Place is located right next to some train tracks but we barely noticed when the train went by. Limited parking. Great place, would stay again.

I stayed in this facility with a wonderbox and I added a night at my own expense and I can say that everything that others write negatively did not manifest itself, probably they have improved but in any case the room was large and clean, the soap and shower gel dispensers were full, everything worked except for the bed slats which I have to give a zero as a rating because in fact when I sat down in the corner the bed collapsed but apart from this everything was normal, very kind and helpful staff, I recommend it for those who have to visit the Cinque Terre and it is no small thing to have the facility attached to the train station

Big disappointment when we arrived because the photos on the site did not reflect the truth at all. The room we had was dark, tiled floor, the balcony attached to that of the neighbor on the right, left and in front, no views, only opposite. A bucket sat in the room. The rooms shown in the photos were occupied by a group of teenagers (how lucky for them). The breakfast didn't break three legs of a duck, not much choice. The staff, on the other hand, were very friendly, welcoming, and made an effort to communicate with us. The hotel is very well located next to restaurants as well as the train station, ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre.

We stayed for 2 nights at the residence, the stay was given to us as a WonderBox. The property has convenient parking in front and can be easily reached on foot during the season. The cleaners were really nice and helpful but the owner, in addition to not responding to emails, was never seen. The room was large and well cleaned, but with some wear and tear. Door with shaky and damaged handle, broken coat hooks, shower shampoo dispenser found already EMPTY and never refilled. Only 2 bars of hand soap supplied. The breakfast buffet had the bare minimum: mini croissants, yogurt, cereals. Automatic coffee/hood machine, juice machine. Savory part only cooked meat and fontina. However, pleasant stay.

I didn't sleep in a room but even in a spacious studio apartment. Cool even without switching on the air conditioning. The staff is very kind. Average but varied breakfast. I was very well. Quiet and close enough to the station, reachable by following the cycle path and taking a pedestrian underpass.
