We stayed in this beautiful farmhouse out of season, we enjoyed peace and silence! The location is excellent for reaching Sarzana and also the sea. Breakfast is included with the stay and nothing is really missing, there is the possibility of bringing your pets and this was very important for us! In short, highly recommended! There was no lack of kindness on the part of the owners and staff! Thanks for making us have a nice weekend!

Honestly, it’s a very beautiful place. Accommodation: small, very pretty apartment and very well furnished, the bedding is very good. On the doorstep, a small square of greenery to be able to rest there, furnished with a table and chair. We just missed a safe. No complaints about cleaning either, it's very clean Swimming pool: very nice swimming pool accessible from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. with bench and whirlpool beds the swimming pool is very clean, the furniture would require a little more care some deck chairs are a little rickety . The parking is very good, there is plenty of space and the park is very pretty and well maintained. Breakfast: is rather average, it deserves a little more choice and better products.. the coffee was terrible, the fruit juices and jams very low quality. The very limited savory buffet. The croissants and yogurts, on the other hand, were of good quality. The big minus was the single-use plastic cups for the fruit juice for a place that calls itself eco-responsible, it's frankly average and the chairs on the terrace that they were going to test every morning before sitting down for fear of finding your butt on the ground. I also find it deplorable that the owners have difficulty saying hello or do not say hello at all when passing by their customer... moreover it would be good to warn resident customers of external events organized within the park and of the restaurant which causes noise pollution. Otherwise it is rather well located for visiting the 5 lands and quite close to the beautiful town center of Sarzana

We had a wonderful evening at dinner for an evening organized by the property with live music. Excellent attention to table service, everything looked after to perfection, everything is in harmony with the surrounding environment, you can breathe a truly relaxing air of times gone by. The food is simple but prepared to perfection. The structure is very beautiful and well-kept, certainly an excellent choice for relaxing holidays to purify yourself from the confusion! I would say excellent staff, super friendly and prepared. There is a familiar and courteous atmosphere between them.

TOP DINNER! I return to this fantastic facility for a communion of 60 people and I discover that the same owners of the accommodation facility have opened the restaurant. Setup entirely in line with the style of the structure, staff enriched with young people who want to do well, traditional dishes from both sea and land, really very good, a cuisine that rediscovers the ancient flavors of the Ligurian and Tuscan tradition, they don't make you miss nothing, wide choice of wines. Special praise for the desserts (I had the opportunity to try 2). The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses is also excellent, and the idea of ​​the lounge overlooking the greenery really conveys a lot of relaxation. We left the ceremony all satisfied and with full bellies.

Pizza surgelata a 25 euro...Forse i stranieri non si ocorgono che tutto é di scarsa qualità..poi birra.. bottiglia aperta ok, giusto . peccato che non era piena.. veramente una presa per...i zebedei Il posto é carino, immerso nel verde ma comunque abbiamo tanti posti simili in zona e per una cena é sconsigliato

Abbiamo scelto questo luogo per le vacanze estive in famiglia dopo aver fatto una tappa a maggio puramente casuale. La location ci è subito piaciuta, per il parco molto curato e il verde, la piscina, la comodità del parcheggio e in generale per la posizione strategica tra monti, colline e mare. Gli appartamenti sono comodi, spaziosi il necessario e con tutto l’occorrente (anche se la dotazione della cucina potrebbe essere migliorata/cambiata). Sempre riguardo gli appartamenti letti non comodissimi per chi soggiorna per un lungo periodo (noi siamo stati 8 notti). Eccezionale la piscina, il sevizio bar e il parco perfetti per bambini e famiglie. Molto apprezzato il servizio colazione incluso (d’estate nella veranda esterna) e le pulizie giornaliere. Un luogo perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia, senza lussi o servizi d’eccellenza, ma con tutto il necessario per rilassarsi. Ultima cosa migliorabile, il servizio e-bike sia per tipologia di bici che per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Per terminare personale e titolari gentili e sempre disponibili! Torneremo!
