The hotel is brand new and includes several buildings in a nice park in front of the beach. I appreciate the excellent service and food, the quality of the room, the private beach. Being in a park, there could be mosquitoes, I suggest to bring a mosquito repellent with you.

The hotel has modern and luxurious construction. It is clean and well-kept, with a beautiful garden and modern amenities, next to the beach. Perfect for spring and autumn. The indoor pool is beautiful but while it is supposed to be a spa for relaxation, it gathers a lot of children who go to play.

An amazing resort, we almost forgot we were in Athens. Clean, modern, comfortable. The personnel was friendly and always smiley and helpful. Prices were very fair and the quality of food satisfactory. Definitely we will come back next month.

Front desk is a hell of an experience . 20 mins checkin time . extending a booking is another nightmare , they keep moving you from 1 room to the other one and check you in all the way from the beggining . Its really crazy

(+) amenities and food very good. nice rooms. swimming pools superb. staff in the restaurant friendly. In late July and early Aug it didn't feel terribly crowded even though the hotel seemed to be quite full. (-) staff at the reception unfortunately terribly grumpy and unkind. always long queues. not good for each other. online vincci app is also not paid attention while it is pointed out at reception. reports or orders are not read or tracked by staff. you don't know this as a customer, you have to find out. Also ridiculous that you have to pay 2 euros for a bottle of water. in GR a bottle is always 50 cents anywhere. Also ask for tap water! beach not really a nice place. many nicer ones to get at that bay.

the hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast buffet is perfect, the rooms are clean, but the service leaves something to be desired. Indeed, the swimming pool closes at 7 p.m., and you are kicked out at 6:20 p.m. already when you still have a drink in your hand and it is still daylight and 33° in the shade, the upper bar like 11 p.m. closed, while it should close at 00 a.m. normally. The supply in the room is rarely done (lack of coffee, tea, water cups .....) and room service is non-existent in the evening at 10 p.m. (I asked for cups to be able to drink coffee in the room, I was said *room service closed* lol. However, the GROVE BAR remains an exception with very good cocktails and impeccable service provided by ANDREAS.

Nice place but we didn’t really feel welcome or that the service was nice. It is far away from Athens and you can only get to Athens if you pay 60€ for a taxi. The cleaning was not very good. We had a bold of dust next to our bed the whole week. The house cleaning only made up the bed and changed the towels. Nice place but not the best experience.

Superb place close enough to explore Athens. Modern, clean and very well looked after. Nice beach with a bar and restaurant, 2 outdoor swimming pools (both with bars and food) and 1 indoor next to the gym. Delicious food all day long. And only one missing thing... some kind of a streaming service like Netflix or similar?! Otherwise, superb place!
