Staff were friendly. I was charged extra for my pets, although i booked a pet friendly room. Our room was in poor disrepair. Weather stripping was hanging off the bottom outside door which caused wind to blow in our room all night, as we were on the main floor. Our floors were not mopped. I told staff about it and was simply told that the cleaning ladies used dirty water to mop. Breakfast was good. Still waiting for my $200 deposit to be refunded

Since They wouldn’t refund my money …. I couldn’t make the trip due to medical conditions. Thanks a lot Sarnia.

Room itself clean, lobby, hallways, etc very run down and overwhelming smell of ****. Could not get TV to work. Had to call to desk. Payal )fro t desk clerk) was lovely and very helpful.

Due to flight delays we could not make the first night and would not honour the rate from my first booking. The first room they check us into smelled of cigarette smoke. The second room the linens were dirty and soiled. Lipstick on the lamps, Something stuck to the floors which look like vomit among other things.

The stay was reasonable for the cost. There was some grease on the sidewalk in front of my hotel door which made keeping my shoes clean awkward when coming in and exiting. As well, I left a note with the front desk about the main exit door to parking just outside my window was squeaky - hope someone takes care of that.
