We booked in February for August 2023 and cancelled in March, so 4,5 months in advance. They refused our money back! they had no damage. Nothing about this policy on their website were we booked. On booking sites it sais *pay in advance* and *non-refundable*. So, be careful ! They refused 5 times. we argued: no policy on your website, so no costs allowed afterwards. We payed with Paypal so we claimed our money back. Paypal forced them to pay back all the money. Horrible experience. They even suggested we claim back our money from our insurance... very dubious. So book on their own website where there is still no policy mentioned. or do not book at all.

NEVER! WE BOOKED IN FEBRUARY FOR AUGUST 2023 CANCELLED IN MARCH, SO 4,5 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. THEY REFUSED OUR MONEY BACK! THEY HAD NO DAMAGE. NOTHING ABOUT THIS POLICY ON THEIR WEBSITE WERE WE BOOKED. ON BOOKING IT SAIS *PAY IN ADVANCE* AND *NON-REFUNDABLE*. SO, BE CAREFUL ! THEY REFUSED 5 TIMES. WE ARGUED: NO POLICY ON YOUR WEBSITE, SO NO COSTS ALLOWED AFTERWARDS. WE PAYED WITH PAYPAL SO I CLAIMED MY MONEY BACK THROUGH PAYPAL. PAYPAL FORCED THEM TO PAY BACK ALL THE MONEY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY EVEN SUGGESTED WE CLAIM BACK OUR MONEY FROM OUR INSURANCE... Nous avons passé un très bon et beau week-end à b&b la colline. Les propriétaires johanna et Tom ( et Julie 😉) sont très sympas et très accueillants. Le petit déjeuner ainsi que le dîner que nous avons partagé avec eux étaient parfaits très conviviaux; c'est bien ce que l'on cherche dans les chambres d'hôtes !!! Le prix est très raisonnable et ce coin de perigord est très joli et regorge de lieux à visiter. Bonne continuation à vous. Amicalement Karine et David

Je suis ravie de ma première expérience en chambre d'hôtes. Johanna et Tom sont vraiment deux personnes très accueillantes. La chambre était d'une grande propreté, literie impeccable. Des criteres Impératifs pour moi ! Petit dejeuner copieux. Ils étaient attentifs à nos demandes. Je renouvellerai l'expérience de chambre d'hôtes et si vous visitez le Périgord n'hésitez pas à vous adresser à la Colline. Monique

Un endroit fabuleux. Les hôtes Tom et Johanna sont d'une gentillesse et d'une serviabilité à toute épreuve. Là chambre est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et Tom est le champion du monde des œufs au plat avec bacon. La piscine est là pour vous rafraichir après une journée de promenade. Nous espérons y retourner le plus tôt possible. Une pensée pour la petite Julie A recommander sans exception..
