Review of TUI Magic Life Sarigerme, Turkey I’ve stayed at TUI Magic Life Sarigerme several times now, and that alone says a lot about how much I love this place! Two years ago, I visited with my husband and our 13-year-old son. This June, I came back with my mum for a special mum-and-daughter trip. And I’m already booked to return at the end of August – it truly suits all ages and occasions. From the moment you arrive, you feel the warmth of the team. The hospitality is outstanding, and you’re made to feel like a valued guest every single time. A special mention to the management team – especially Melek – who always goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. The territory of the hotel is simply beautiful – lush, green, and impeccably maintained. Cats wander around living their absolute best lives, and you’ll even spot a few peacocks strolling freely through the gardens, adding to the charm. There’s also a gorgeous adults-only area with a natural waterfall where you can relax in complete peace. The sandy beach and crystal-clear sea are just perfect, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds for everyone. Food is another highlight here – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The service is equally impressive, with friendly and attentive staff at every meal. My husband is a bit of a coffee snob, but even he was impressed by the quality of the morning coffee at the coffee bar! For those who like to stay active, the choice of sports is incredible: yoga, tennis, cycling – and best of all, all water sports are included. Our teenager loved the banana boat rides and water-skiing – both absolutely fantastic. If you’re an activity lover, it’s worth downloading the hotel’s app to check the daily schedule – there’s always something going on. If you fancy a little shopping, there’s a small promenade just a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, filled with a huge variety of “real fakes” for any taste – perfect for some light-hearted bargaining. This time, we’re adding something new: on my birthday, we’re hiring a private boat to explore secluded beaches and discover more of the beautiful Dalaman coastline. The only real downside for me has been the two rooftop à la carte restaurants (Mediterranean and Turkish). While the views from the roof are absolutely stunning, the food itself wasn’t particularly impressive, and each time we ended up back in the main restaurant, which never disappoints. One small tip: the lush, green surroundings do mean there are mosquitoes. Bring plug-ins for your room, insect spray, and anti-insect bracelets to stay comfortable. TUI Magic Life Sarigerme isn’t just a hotel – it’s a place that draws you back again and again. I can’t wait for my next visit!

This is our second year visiting, what a place! The quality of the service, food, accommodation and activities is simply outstanding. Big shout out to the water sports team - my other half got his license for the catamaran last year and made the most of it again this year with the support of the team. We really enjoyed the trip they organised too. The guest service team Sumeyye and Damia were fantastic! Helping us order gluten free food every day and being so supportive when our luggage was lost by the airline. George the TUI rep was incredible helping us out too - it’s when things go wrong you really see how great the team are in helping. The food was as fabulous as we remembered. The different themes every night are a great touch. The special care from the chefs with the gluten free options was exceptional. Also we wanted to call out Duran for his service in at the evening meals - if only we could bottle that work ethic, commitment and all with a smile, all customer service teams need a Duran :) The daily activities supported by the wonderful entertainment crew really made the whole holiday a wonderful experience. From running the classes in the day to entertaining in the evenings and staying up late to make sure everyone has the best time - to do it all over again the next day!! In a nutshell this is a great resort with an amazing team. Could not ask for more x

We just came back from a second perfectly amazing stay at TML Sarigerme, and it truly was the most memorable experience . We enjoyed our time here in July so much we had to book a second stay in September, and we’re so glad we did! The resort is so beautiful-surrounded by lush greenery, with trees and flowers  that make the whole place feel like a tropical paradise 🌴. The sea views are breathtaking, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and recharge. All of the staff are simply wonderful – always friendly, caring, and ready to help. The night programs are a highlight, full of energy, great talented performers ,we were especially absolutely blown away by Mzamo – a phenomenal dancer with such charisma and passion. Watching him perform is a highlight on its own, and off stage he radiates the same warmth and positivity that makes everyone around him feel welcome and inspired💚he is very close to our hearts😌 Ofc cannot forget to mention the parties that keep the atmosphere alive long after sunset 🎶🔥-special thanks to the incredibly talented Dj Jan🩵😙 During the day, there’s so much to do – from volleyball,darts and other sports& loads of dancing/workout classes-which make you not regret the amazing food u eat all day😅 The entertainment & sports team work passionately and very hard to make sure every guest feels special and is taken care of. Huge shout outs to our fav bartender Mustafa🍹☺️Thank you to energetic Julian-who so lovingly introduced us to latino dance moves as well as queen Victoria😻💃🏼Cannot forget the iconic Cordiël-who is such a rare jewel💝 We send lots of hugs to Emre,Demi,Ali & Arzu and also the most beautiful Damla & Mirkan from guest services 💗 The sports entertainers deserve just as much praise. Adnan is a fantastic tennis instructor – patient, encouraging, and incredibly funny and warm💟. And then there’s Cagkan, whose energy is unmatched. He is the life of the hotel! There is truly no one like him. He turns every activity into pure fun, combining skill with humor and an uplifting spirit that brings people together. Both of them truly made us feel special and are a big reason why this place feels like home away from home💕🐠. The employees aren’t just staff – they are the heart and soul of the resort, and their essence is the true reason behind its success 🌟. Kat&Mon send u all our warmest hugs. 🥰 Everyone here is genuinely kind, cheerful , and always smiling,the various opportunities are fun, and there’s never a dull moment. TML Sarigerme is the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave, and it’s the amazing team that makes it so unique and nothing but magical . We stayed here with my boyfriend for a whole week and I am more than amazed with everything. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and you feel like you’re in a magical jungle the whole time. Food was always fresh, delicious and they have different options everyday. They have plenty of activities to keep you entertained, including scuba diving, which I personally recommend. Every night there is a show or a theme party and during the day you can also enjoy multiple group workouts and fitness activities. The beach and the pools are extremely clean and well maintained. This is a place to truly rest and enjoy every moment. I can’t wait to come back next year!

Firstly, I would like to start with the positives, George our Tui rep was absolutely amazing at helping solve the issues that we had. The food was mostly amazing, including the buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We booked the a la carte Turkish night while there and if I’m honest I would highly recommend giving it a miss! I would also like to just say how friendly sercan at the beach bar was. Always had a smile on his face. The girls in the customer relations were also very helpful and friendly. Now for the negatives, when I booked it was for 2 rooms 4 adults, I specifically asked for rooms close together… however our rooms couldn’t have been further apart and on different levels, which was really inconvenient. I’m not sure why this was overlooked and took 3 days for a resolution. The entertainment was absolutely shocking…for example one of the pool games which was not in the pool but rather on the side of the pool was to bounce a ball twice and get it inside the hoop on the 3rd bounce, now these people are supposed to be entertaining guests but my 5 year old nephew could have come up with better activities. We did have the regular aqua aerobics at 11am and water polo at 3pm but in between this it was a case of make your own entertainment. I have never encountered such rude people in my lifetime, no one says please or thankyou, everyone looks miserable and unhappy, there were very few smiles from the majority of the staff..I was laying on a sun lounger 1 day and the glass collector came and picked up the empty glasses and knocked a glass of Fanta orange all over me, no apology, just walked off and I had to find someone to explain what had happened all be it they didn’t understand a word of what I was saying so I had to physically take them to my lounger and show them so they could wash down the lounger and floor so it wasn’t sticky. Moving onto the room… I would have slept better on the sun lounger. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable and only had 1 pillow each, they were also single beds pushed together however they moved on their own, and were on sliding runners which is very bizarre. On several occasions we ordered drinks and never received them. We booked for 10 nights however after 5 nights we paid extra to leave early and fly home as this stay had a massive impact on my husband’s mental health and well being, We would never return!,
