Robinson Sarigerme Park - All Inclusive

Overall we had a wonderful holiday. We were mainly at the watersports area during the day, which we found to be one of the best centres we have been to. The entire watersports team was very polite, enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks goes to Shirley, our instructor, who made our time on the water an absolutely fun experience. We were also very impressed by the top-notch equipment at the centre. Needless to say, we can’t wait to be back!

We loved to be there and we plan to come back as soon as possible. The view, the beach, the service and food was delightful and wonderful. Our daughter loved the sand and the kids club and the food, too. It was an astonishing experience and we had a wonderful time together. The food selection was incredible nice and for everyone (vegan, vegetarian, well fit, low carbs) there was a plenty of choices. The sand was super smooth, the crew was very professional and nice, especially to the kids. We will come back! Thanks for the great stay and the memories!

We had a great time a s a family. Good food, perfect location, the rooms are clean and comfy and friendly statt - except for one. His name is Imdad and he works behind the bar at the Watersportarea. He is so unfriendly and ignorant. I don't know him but what i know is, that he should not work at a bar where he is constantly in contact with people. He seems to be not the social guy. He is rude, ignorant und unfriendly. But all the other staff members are super friendly i.e. Edanur. We can recommend this place.

If you speak German or if you want an outstanding resort experience, this is likely your bet of the places along the beach. Food was amazing. You should download the Robinson App before you get there. This lets you book programs (archery is really fun) and see what you can participate in. Also heavily focused on tennis. Recommend the archery. Book early. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The downsides: Not thrilled with all the plastic bottles (give guests a refillable water bottle instead) or the bathroom travel sized shampoos (just put up refillable receptacles. Because it was German-only speaking - we couldn't participate in group sailing or group hobycat or windsurfing lessons. To participate would have been 115EU per person per hour, adding up to $800 extra to the cost of our stay. Not happy that Robinson advertises this property on English speaking sites and doesn't disclose in bold letters that Robinson is a German company and all employees are German. Note that the suites are right in line with the loud music, which happens 2-3 nights (even with earplugs and closed doors it is impossible to sleep. Really not a great design that the highest paying customers are the ones who get the bulk of the noise. Comparing to the other resorts: there are five TUI resorts side by side on this stretch of beach. We walked the other TUI resorts in between Robinsons and Tai Blu Seno and definitely more downscale based on the beach facilities. We wanted to see Tui Blu Seno (again no one spoke English) but although we were staying in a suite in the same chain down the beach they wouldn't even let us look at the layout - after 40 minutes phoning back and forth, we gave up.

The hotel location is stunning, within a beautiful red pine forest and long sandy beach, the wonderful panorama can be seen from everywhere. The hotel offers plenty of sport activities. The housekeeping did a great job, and the room was always kept very clean. Hotel rooms been renovated and are facing the seaside so they have a great view from the balcony. The absolute highlight was the food prepared by chef Ayhan and team. Every day, freshly prepared and new variations of all kinds are served up by the always attentive and professional staff. Evening entertainment is of good quality. Beside the Robinson team shows they had twice a week entertainment from outside professional companies which been amazing. Stefan and the team Sarigerme are really working hard to make us relaxed and have real good time. Thank You!

Excellent location at the Aegean sea, the beach is ideally for all those who want to spend a quiet and relaxed holiday or to get active with the varied watersports station offer. The food is delicious, especially the heavenly breakfast. I especially liked the cosy and familiar atmosphere, the service with heart and smile that you can find only in Turkey, and the great team led by the extraordinary club director Stevie. That man goes on the beach twice a day and says hello to each guest there, inquiring about their needs and wishes and making sure that they are happy, This is something you raraly encounter, even at Robinson, and a gesture that not only makes us guests feel valued and important, but more than that, we feel that we are part of the team.
