The breakfast is diverse and plentiful, while the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped. However, there are cleanliness concerns such as mold, stained sheets, and uncleaned rooms.

It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever had, the room was dirty, full of dead bugs and spider webs, the women do not clean the rooms well the bathroom smelled horrible, I went with my son and he got sick because of the dirt in that room, I do not recommend it... They are friendly, the food was ok. But unfortunately the rooms were too dirty, a disaster.

Just spent a week at this hotel, we booked it for a cheap week away on a spur of the moment one day. We read some awful reviews after we booked so we’re quite apprehensive about going. When we arrived we were shown to our adequate sized room, which had a very comfy double bed and a single, the room had a French balcony overlooking the pool. The room was clean and tidy, maid service everyday, towels changed regularly. Meals were varied and tasty, the breakfast omelettes were gorgeous! We had no issues getting sun-beds everyday, the lifeguard at poolside was very safety conscious, making sure any little ones were supervised and had arm bands etc. We got a taxi in to town which was 200 lira and took a few minutes, would be walkable if ambulant. Overall, a lovely week in glorious sunshine. Would definitely go back.

We booked through LoveHolidays and any issue that we experienced laid with them and not the hotel. Loveholidays hadn’t passed on our booking confirmation to the hotel so when we arrived they didn’t have a booking for the two rooms that we had booked but was dealt with professionally and within 20 minutes. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. We booked rooms with balconies and were provided with driers which was great for drying swim wear and towels. Loveholidays description of the hotel and facilities are incorrect but that is a failure on their part and not the hotel. The swimming pool was amazing and there were plenty of sun beds and parasols provided so enough to go around. The water slides operated twice a day and were good fun. The food was local and flavour some, but limited if you are fussy. We enjoyed the food and the options provided. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly, English was limited but we were in Turkey so to be expected. The one thing I would suggest is that the hot food could benefit from labelling but that’s a minor point. The drinks included were local wine, beer, vodka, gin, Raki and soft drinks. Martin the barman ran happy hours were you could buy two cocktails for the price of one. Martin created a good atmosphere at the bar area and we spent every night there playing cards and dominoes whilst our grown up children enjoyed the drinks. The owner was incredibly friendly and took the time to speak to us every time he saw us. I would like to mention Sethat the waiter, he was friendly and polite. Sethat also dealt with a fire in the reception along with others whilst we were there and then just came back to the restaurant and continued his work professionally, he always had a smile on his face. The shuttle bus to the beach ran regularly, the only downfall was there were only soft drinks available from the beach hut and they were very small so by the time you got back to your sun-bed it was gone. The sun beds and parasols were free of charge which was a bonus. The beach was lovely and sandy. Despite previous reviews I would recommend The One Club if you want to experience a Turkish run hotel with traditional food. It was perfect for us as we wanted a relaxing holiday were we could chill by the pool reading and dip in the water to cool down after a tough year.

Well we have had a lovely time here. Yes it's not your 5* but actually we loved it here. The rooms were cleaned every day, fresh towels every other day. Food was fresh, clean and no dodgy belly. Although I would say it doesn't cater for fussy Philis's . The pool was divine not too cold , dive straight in. Martin the barman was fabulous , although the only local drinks on All inc, thats just Gin, Vodka , Beer and Wine. Everything else including cocktails you have to pay for but still cheap and martin normally does a happy hour on cocktails. The owners made a point of checking in with us daily and the staff were very friendly although English was poor but I don't expect it to be great as we are in their country. Lovely and quiet no clubs or entertainment but actually we enjoyed that as we then got to chat with other guests. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach wish again was beautiful but hotel only offers soft drinks there nothing else. The town of Sarigerme was also beautiful, friendly but not pushy in the shops and they prefer English money to lira. We will definitely be back !!

Terrible. Pay a little extra and go elsewhere. Food is absolutely shocking. Even worse for children or fussy eaters. We ended up eating out for pretty much every single meal which also incurred the cost of taxis so ended up almost £50 per meal for 2. No variety. Food was all mixed together and trays weren’t cleaned inbetween changing foods. None of it is labelled so if you have allergies or dietary restrictions then you don’t know what you’re eating. Most staff barely speak a word of English so can’t tell you what food it is. Best thing about it all was an omelette at breakfast time 😂. Only around 4 drinks included in the all inclusive which were terrible. No entertainment whatsoever. Rooms are very outdated. No iron or kettle. Fridges are barely cold. Shower was shocking water barely came out. Aircon in room was lukewarm. All furniture marked or stained. Best part about it is the pool area and even that isn’t the best. Little hut on beach is rundown. Glad we only booked for 4 days and no longer or we’d be booking an early flight home.

Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, had to move rooms when arrived as the one I was given stunk of smoke. Showers were awful and water barely came out of them and the rooms were so out dated and old. The food was bland and fly's all over the food. Whilst we was there one of the drains clogged up in the dining area and faeces was bubbling up and covering the floor. The only good thing about it was the staff, they worked so hard and always busy and we was told they got poor money to work there. Everyone we spoke to was so unsatisfied with the place. Such a shame as the owner could really make something out of it.
