Did not give us the room we reserved and the room was dirty. Service very unprofessional. No Wi-Fi. The pool is nice.

Arrived at 4.30am to be told no rooms ready for us and that we could have another room for a couple of hours but would have to move again not ideal when you've got two 80 yrs old pensioners with you Young lad on reception could not speak/understand any English so all conversations were done by Google translate Manager serket is the most miserable and obnoxious man you could meet Rooms were clean when we eventually got a room but had to ask 3 days in for fresh towels etc because there was no sign of any cleaner coming to us Complex is clean just mo organisation in the place Don't think I will be in a hurry to stay there again

Here's a breakdown of our experience: The spacious two-bedroom layout on two floors exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and impressive, considering the reasonable price point. The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable stay, surpassing our expectations given the affordable rate. Direct access to the pool and balconies with panoramic views added to the positive experience. The location, near Sarigerme village, offered convenience with various shops nearby. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, creating a pleasant ambiance for a short stay. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite far from beaches. We encountered a hiccup when I lost my jacket, and it wasn't initially picked up by the cleaners. Communication was a challenge; my attempts to reach them by email went unanswered, and the phone number on the website was outdated. Despite this, after two return trips to the hotel, the staff managed to locate my jacket, which was a relief. Recommendation: Despite the minor communication challenges and the distance from beaches, I would recommend Dolphin Apart Hotel Dalaman. Aside from the jacket incident, we were genuinely pleased with our stay.

Marmaris'ten Antalya'ya dönerken tek gece konaklamak için mola verdiğimiz apart otel. Biz otel odalarından birinde konakladık. Otelin ana kısmı ise apartların olduğu bölüm. Otelin özel bir plajı ve oraya götüren sevimli bir jip servisi mevcut. Otelin odaları biraz küçük olsa da yeniydi. Kahvaltısını da beğendiğimizi söyleyebilirim. Fiyat/kalite olarak tercih edilebileceğini düşünüyorum. Genel anlamda konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.
