Hotel location is perfect and nearby have everything we need. Also it was good to go Heididorf and Zurich. The staff were all nice and helpful. Recommend it!

Very solid hotel! I do not really have any complaints about my stay, the staff were not the nicest during breakfast, but it was hardly worth mentioning. Great rooms, breakfast was solid and the location is fantastic! The hotel is located right next to the bus station where the bus that goes to Liechtenstein and Austria leaves from. The restaurant below is also very solid, and actually quite cheap (for a Swiss restaurant that is), so definitely worth a try! Overall, the hotel is a very decent option considering its location and room quality!

We didn't feel welcome at all. We arrived early and wanted to leave luggage. The receptionist just pointed a corner in the restaurant and vanished. We had no choice so decided to hope for the best. The bags were OK when we came back but again no welcome word from the staff, no small smile. The room was hard to find in the complex, no advice given. No air conditioner, noisy street so poor possibility to sleep when the window had to be left open. When we left in the morning we didn't see anybody in reception. Overall experience was not OK.

Terrific hotel close to the station and bus connections to Vaduz. Easy and speedy check in, very well appointed room with separate lounge/work area. Very good restaurant menu for dinner with great service throughout. Breakfast was good too. Recommend and very surprised not 4* rated already

Front desk very friendly and eager to help amidst strained English. Strange hotel set up. Half Board dinner was very tasty: loved the soup! Salad combo-spring rolls were fresh. Breakfast offered a karge variety. Loved the cappucino machine. Across the street is a large coop.

I used the hotel as part of a bus trip with a German bus company. I personally had a single room which was very well furnished and modern. Bed with choice of pillows. Great bathroom with large shower. Large TV on the wall, closet with safe and daily room cleaning. A free bottle of mineral water in the room twice within 5 days. Breakfast was great for group catering. Two very large coffee machines, there was never a traffic jam. Excellent coffee specialties. And the highlight every morning was a top Swiss cheese buffet, at least 5 types of cheese to cut yourself (with a Swiss cheese knife, of course!). In the evening there was a choice of 4-course menu, it always tasted good and if you wanted you could have seconds several times. Not to be forgotten are the very friendly service staff. Up on the roof terrace you have a wonderful view of the magnificent mountain landscape or of Sargans Castle.

Very bad value for money. Room without air conditioning, it was very hot. Very noisy. Pretty ugly hotel for my taste. The buffet breakfast was good. Good quality and variety of food and the dining room is quite spacious.
