ok so the food was absolutely amazing 10/10 for the squid but the wifi was really bad the best place you can go to use it is the pool it was amazing wifi there but there was no wifi in my hotel room the pool was good and fun lots of pool noodles. the room was good its just our shower, one day it would be hot and the next it would be freezing and the pillows were quite thin and flat but the staff was quite nice i would recommend but if your a kid there is not many other kids there especially that speak english. i absolutely loved the water aerobics they were so fun and the songs were amazing 🎶

This is a health spa. The pools are great. The gardens are lovely. The room and breakfast are fine. The check-in and check-out processes can drive you crazy -- something definely not healthy at a spa. The lines at reception are long, the basic price is not cheap and then come the add ons: a robe, the pool towel, a swimming cap (my husband is bald and has a beard, and yes, he had to wear a bathing cap.), the local tax. Each item has a separate receipt.

Amazing experience in the terms, clear water most of equipment worked very well. Cannot complain about staff friendly and helpful. Overall very pleasant and relaxing time definitely worth mentioning and recommending for couple and family reunions.

Siamo andati con un pacchetto infrasettimanale. Abbiamo trovato del personale gentilissimo, dal bagnino alla receptionist, dalle estetiste alle donne addette alle camere, dal barista al cameriere. È vero che la struttura è vecchiotta, ma la pulizia e certi ambienti che ti catapultano in un glorioso passato retrò, fanno dimenticare qualsiasi difetto. Abbiamo prenotato con pensione completa: in tre giorni saremo ingrassati di un paio di chili. Menù variegato, abbondante e cucinato con cura. Oltre che delle piscine abbiamo goduto anche delle mani di massaggiatrici esperte in trattamenti diversi. Veramente bravissime e professionali. Da non tralasciare il giardino in cui è immerso l'hotel. Qualcosa di straordinario. Ci torneremo senz'altro.

Un luogo adatto al massimo riposo. Le piscine sono grandi, le camere ordinate e pulite e tutto il personale e' molto cortese. Per me il punto di forza e' rappresentato dal cibo...si mangia BENISSIMO!!!! Sia a pranzo che a cena il menu' e' OTTIMO, vasta la scelta delle pietanze che sembrano preparate in casa da un grande chef....per non parlare dei camerieri in sala che sono GENTILISSIMI!!! In particolare Lucilla Celeste Nicola sono GRANDIOSI!!!!! Torneremo sicuramente.... POSTO CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!

Siamo tornati da poco da un week alle terme. Sinceramente avevo dei ricordi migliori soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cena che mi è sembrata veramente scarna sia per qualità dei prodotti che per il menù. Il personale di servizio molto gentile, la qualità dei servizi nella media. Un po’ delusi!

Non mi piace questo posto e penso non torneremo piu. Complessivamente non è male ma non siamo stati a nostro agio come speravamo. Il personale è gentile ( quanto basta) le stanze sono pulite, i pasti gradevoli ma nente di particolare, e, aggiungo, caffè del servizio bar, pessimo. Insomma senza infamia e senza lode ma per quel che costa, staremmo meglio altrove.

Siamo arrivati in un gruppetto di Sassari , camera buona grande e spaziosa , manca il doppio cuscino e uno specchio lungo , non abbiamo trovati i bagnoschiuma in camera , abbiamo dovuto chiederli , prima sera il cibo non era un granché , LORELLA , sempre meravigliosa , disponibile e gentile vigile con tutti , dovrebbe fare laMaitre , brava. Dal 2 giorno tutto ottimo , cibo e il resto tutto ok

Siamo stati qui per passare due giorni di relax con i nostri bimbi. Forse la struttura è un po’ vecchiotta ma passa certamente in secondo piano per il servizio offerto: personale da dieci e lode, sempre presente gentile e disponibile. Pranzo e cena buoni e vari anche nelle scelte, colazione più che buona. Camera confortevole e nota di non poco conto, ci hanno preparato una stanza per 5 in modo da stare insieme ai nostri tre bambini!! Massaggio da 10 e lode tornerei anche solo per quello. Grazie mille per tutto
