I am disabled. I booked a ground floor room. That didn't work. Less than a week before our booking, they put me on the second floor. I called. The manager said, sorry, no deal.Sold out. I said I can't stay there then. She said, well, I have a business to run. We couldn't get our money back. I can't believe the callous and mean tone she took. Then, my wife and I got COVID. I said, again, we don't want to infect anyone else, please cancel our reservation. She said, COVID is the past, don't worry about it. I don't now what she was thinking, but it obviously was not about her guests: she would have let us infect you? Yes. I'm glad we didn't stay there.
