Perfect stay at Mercure Saransk excellent and friendly staff. Special thanks to Danil. Great location nice hotel restaurant good food good places around. Rooms new and very good for business trip and measure.

I visited Saransk for my 40th anniverdary since University graduation. 12 of June was a great day for all our group and the professors. After rhe great celebration we ended in a very cosy atmosphere of Mercure hotel and had a great rememberance evening woth the incredible deserts.

Отель не рекомендован для командировочных, т.к. стоимость каждого дня в отчетных документах отражается отдельной строкой, в том числе и завтраки пишутся отдельной строкой. Получил скидку на первый день проживания (all.accor), обща сумма была в рамках общего лимита финансирования командировки. Получил закрывающие документы и оказалось, что за все дни кроме первого должен доплатить собственные средства из-за превышения лимита за сутки, несмотря на то, что общая сумма за всё время проживания в лимите. Персонал на Ресепшене спрашивал (три раза, различных сотрудников) о возможности указать одной строкой, но получил ответ о невозможности указания суммы проживания (включая завтраки) одной строкой. Повторюсь: Отель не рекомендован для командировочных.

Шикарный отель , приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Всё супер. Всем советую. Чистые и уютные номера. Персонал всегда готов помочь и решить ваши проблемы. Прекрасная кухня в ресторане. Обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле когда приеду в следующий раз.
