This is definitely the best place to stay in all of Sarandë. There are nicer hotels in the area, but this hotel is small, quaint, family run, and you immediately feel like family when staying here. Being right on the beach is definitely a plus.

Great place, amazing family running the hotel, felt like home. Delicious breakfast, rooms cleaned daily. We loved the terrace overlooking the sea. Private secure parking (really rare in Saranda). Great experience overall ! We will definitely be back

Everything started when we checked in, and the son of the family, Konstantinos, greeted us and checked us into our rooms. The family running this hotel works tirelessly all day, never losing their smile for any guest. The breakfast was delicious, prepared by the owner for each guest, and varied every day. The rooms were cleaned daily, and our towels were changed daily. The hotel is a short walk from the city center. The property does not have a private beach, but it is literally on the sea and near many private beaches. What we really enjoyed was the wonderful rooftop terrace of the hotel, overlooking the sea, where we could sit for hours, dine, drink, and read our books. Thank you for everything.

The owners who run this hotel are lovely people and so hospitable, among the most hospitable I met. The hotel is not luxurious but it is foul of soul and warmth. It has the necessary amenities everyone needs, most of the time we were not even inside the room. We only used the room for sleeping and showering. The hotel has private car park which is a must (especially in Sarande where everyone drives in a chaotic manner). The rooms are very clean and comfortable for what they are. The breakfast is different everyday. It is only a short walk to the centre. Our favourite spot was the terrace overlooking the sea where you could enjoy your coffee or food.

Great place, ideal for families as it has really big outdoor spaces where your kids can run and enjoy their time. The owners are really friendly and considerate, they assisted us with anything that we needed. The rooms are not luxurious but have all the necessary amenities that one needs. Besides we barely spent any time at the room, we spent most of our time on the lovely terrace overlooking the sea and enjoying fine delicacies. The rooms are cleaned daily and our towels were changed daily. The breakfast was great and we also had private secure car park for our van included in the price (mind you it is really difficult to find parking spots in sarande. Also 10 min walk to the centre. Overall a great hotel and great owners, we would definitely come back.

I have travelled to the UK, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan and many other places but I have not faced such a situation. We parked our car in this hotel’s open parking are (which was completely empty) and was infront of another hotel (not knowing to which hotel did this parking space belonged). We checked in to the other hotel and came back for the car and were stopped and asked for money (5€) for parking as we did not checked into their hotel. Money is not a problem but the owners of the hotel were abusive and threatened to call the police. I paid the money to avoid any issues and left the place without checking in to any hotel in that area. The owners were an aged man and his son. The owners wife was trying to stop them but they didnt care and pushed her. I sincerely advise not to book this place!

Overall the stay was peaceful. The owners are available. Breakfast varies from day to day and is served. The rooms not too big. Excellent sea view. Good cleanliness, the only flaw is the lack of a shower cubicle, and you must never forget the sign to leave on the door to have your room cleaned. Without that they won't clean it for you. Overall, however, I recommend it.

Terrible hotel, dirty, out of the way, unwatchable rooms, broken bathrooms, showers without curtains and blocked. The owners are grumpy and without any education towards customers. The meager breakfast is of poor quality.
