The hotel is located in an excellent place right in the center of Sarandë. You cen get everywhere on foot, just find a place to park your car if you have one, it is a peace of mind because using the cat every day is stressful. All the best rated restaurants are a few minutes walking from the hotel, main promenade just 20meters. You can also reach to the public beach with just a few steps. The hotel itself is quite good, nice view, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staf and not to forget fresh and tasty breakfast.

My cousin and I stayed two nights in this hotel and we really liked it! It will be the place we will stay in when we return to Saranda! We had two rooms with Seaview and Balcony, one de Luxe Both were equally nice and kept spotless. The smaller one didn’t have a safe so if that is important get a de Luxe room! Located right above the Promenade by the waterfront and close to everything! The view is amazing over the bay and city., Staff very nice and helpful. Thank You Staff at JoAn for being so nice and attentive

Excellent value for money with a large room overlooking the seafront. Clean, tidy and well stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. Our room was tidied even though we stayed only 2 nights which was welcomed! Helpful staff and great location for exploring Sarandë. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and ATM. Would definitely stay here again.

This small hotel is situated in Sarada's city center an 2 minutes away from the Promenade/Beach. The ferry terminal is less than 10 minutes away. My room was nice, clean and the bed was comfy to sleep in.

Hotel bellissimo con vista mare situato al centro di Saranda, personale gentilissimo ed a disposizione di qualsiasi esigenza. Pulizie in camere effettuate tutti i giorni. Colazione molto buona. Parcheggio gratuito Consigliatissimo.

Camera piccola ma essenziale e pulita con balconcino vista mare e ben insonorizzato. Buona colazione a buffet. Posizione centrale. Se si necessita di parcheggio è consigliabile prenotarlo perchè in zona è difficile trovarlo.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte soltanto. La camera è essenziale ma pulita. Vista molto bella, dalla parte del mare ma serramenti per niente buoni. Per fortuna non eravamo in piena stagione se no non saremmo riusciti a dormire dato che fanno passare rumore e vento. Non abbiamo potuto provare la collazione dato che non operavano fuori stagione

Posizione ottima al centro di Saranda anche la colazione buona frutta di stagione yogurt e marmellate. Nota negativa un po’ rumoroso poiché proprio difronte c’è un disco bar sembrava di avere la Musica in camera dovrebbero mettere le finestre con isolamento acustico. Non c’è cassaforte e ci hanno fatto pagare 2 bottigliette di acqua. Essendo un tre stelle Il costo rispetto a Valona e Durazzo è alto
