We had a pleasant stay overall, largely thanks to the exceptional receptionist who definitely deserves a raise. He was incredibly sweet, always helpful, and made our experience truly memorable. The location of the hotel is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to numerous bars, supermarkets, cafes, and bakeries. However, the proximity to the boulevard and promenade meant it was quite loud, especially during the festival, making it more suitable for party-goers than those seeking a quiet vacation. We used the pool a couple of times, and despite its age, it offered a beautiful view and a great spot to watch the sunset. The entire staff, including the owner and cleaners, were very friendly and accommodating. I asked to get a better pillow and they tried to get it for me immediately without any problem. We also took a boat trip, which we highly recommend. On the downside, a few issues affected our stay. The furniture, especially on the balcony and rooftop, was old and not very clean. The AC was not functioning properly, and the shower design caused water to flood the bathroom floor. Additionally, my pajamas were lost, possibly taken by the cleaner by mistake. Despite these drawbacks, we still enjoyed our stay and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

The staff at this hotel have no regard to personnel properly. A staff member scratched my car with his motorcycle and claimed he did not do it. This hotel is not a 5 star hotel when staff damages property and does nothing to acknowledge the damage. I saw him do it as well.

Stayed here for 5 nights the hotel has alot of character but is in need of some updating. Specifically the bathroom. The shower soaked the bathroom every time it was used. We also found although the cleaner drops us clean towel in the time of our stay the room was not brushed or moped. On to the positives the breakfast was nice the view from both the balcony and the rooftop terrace was stunning. In all fairness everyday we have seen people painting and updating thing. Over all we have enjoyed our stay here so thank you.

After coming back from a three day trip from Llogara I stayed there for one night (before continuing to Pogradec). I'm wondering about the recent reviews, maybe I was just lucky but I totally enjoyed my stay. The room was ok, it was clean. I booked that hotel because of the view and that was good from my balcony and amazing from the rooftop with the pool. Breakfast was good and individually prepared (from a menu I ticked what I wanted). Just 50 meters away (down) there is a scooter rental with well maintained scooters.

The photos posted are not real. The bathroom is tiny, with a 60*60 shower tray, a plastic curtain that does not cover the shower and the water leaks everywhere, the toilet is old and the sink is tiny. The ceiling is mouldy. Old furniture. Horrible outdoor parking.

Apart from the view and the 80 steps that allow you to get directly to the center, nothing more. I found a room with the floor dirty with sticky substance (removed after 3 days). I had to ask (at 10 pm) for a rag to clean the inside and the shelf of the wardrobe dirty with old black dust. The shower spray and the door handle did not work. I was offered a room change the next day but it was no longer available. Staying in the pool on the roof during the day becomes difficult: too hot and little shade (3 small umbrellas in bad condition and an announced but non-existent bar). 3-4 fixed menus are offered for breakfast but any change requested changes the cost: everything is counted individually so the price can double or even triple! Not recommended. To accommodate me, I was promised a refund .... Never received! NOT RECOMMENDED!
