Many Albanian Hotels are a mix between simple apartments and some areas (rooms, breakfast area, etc) that look like a Hotel. The Hotel is rated four stars, but mainly it's tourist apartments with some tidy rooms. One elevator. Almost no reception. Very calm in October (i don't know about the summer). In October only a couple of bar and restaurant open nearby cause the tourist season is over.

The reception was pleasant, the beds were comfy - but dirty cutlery at breakfast was totally unacceptable. This was about every item - not just the odd spoon. We were there with an Exoticca group and around the breakfast room, people could be seen surreptitiously trying to wipe theirs before using it - no time to complain and ask for clean items - the tour bus was waiting! Others claimed that some plates were dirty too. Shame, as it's a pleasant hotel although there are many closer to the promenade and centre of town (and thus possibly, the noise of tourism)

Very nice and comfortable room with a nice sea view. The room was very big and new. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Z racji tego, że restauracja nie posiada swojej odrębnej strony postanowiłem napisać kilka słów o części restauracyjnej hotelu i jej obsłudze jak i położeniu samego hotelu. Hotel położony jest nieco dalej od ścisłego centrum Sarandy (1km od promenady). Jest to zaciszne i spokojne miejsce z pięknym widokiem na zatokę Sarandy. Sama restauracja oferuje smaczne i tanie jedzenie. Polecam ryby (ok. 6 €) i pizzę (ok. 4,5 €). Należy zaznaczyć, że duża pizza w Albanii to jakieś 28 cm! Piwo lane również bardzo dobre i tanie. Obsługa i właściciel bardzo mili i mówią trochę po polsku :) Warto zajrzeć na obiad czy kolację.

Hotel situato al centro di saranda, vicino a ogni servizio quale ristorante, supermercato, lidi ecc. Esmeralda super gentile, ci ha accontenti per qualsiasi richiesta. Siamo arrivati in tarda notte e ci ha ordinato delle pizze recapitate direttamente in hotel. Stra consiglio questo hotel per pulizia, gentilezza e confort. Le uniche cose che potrebbero migliorare a parer mio sono: l’aggiunta di mensole o magari qualche pouf nella stanza per appoggiare zaini e valigie. (avevamo una stanza vista mare bellissima ma essendo piccolina, mancava un qualcosa dove poter aprire la valigia) Ulteriore cosa sono gli affettati per i toast al mattino a colazione. Un abbraccio a Esmeralda e al signore al parcheggio!

Hotel muy básico frente al mar en una zona alta las hab sencillas con el baño nuevo , es el tipico hotel sencillito de plata y vistas al mar con precio medio. Piden impuesto turistico.y se paga cuando te inscribes. Restaurantes y pizzeria cercanas, bien situado. Desayuno muy flojo tirando a malo.

Habitaciones pequeñas, sin espacio para pasar a la cama. Cuarto de baño sin repuesto de papel higiénico, toallas de color gris de sucias y viejas que estaban, desayuno. aún peor, sin apenas nada para comer, la leche estaba cortada, lo dijimos y ni pidieron disculpas... Sin duda les consejo buscar otro hotel......
