Good hotel at the seaside. Beautiful location with a nice view. Various Nice pools. We were there at the end of season - so partly closed down and renovating things. Buffet for breakfast has many options. But still a very good experience, and very good value for money. 👍🏻

We book the apartment for our stay and it was the best option, there is privacy in between the apartments so it was very comfortable for us. Only downside I can remember is that the pool closes at 7pm, and we didn’t have access to the infinity pool on the rooftop and just find out this when we arrived.

Had our summer holiday there for 10 days, booked a flat with two bedrooms. It was clean and very spacious. House keeping every day. Nice swimming pools,and beach area. Only thing I will put my finger on is that the music both by the pool and at the beach was a bit too loud. Not possible to have a properly conversation with each other. (Maybe my high music tolerance got lost when I became 40 the week before we arrived).

I liked the hotels location and size. I t has a privat beach and restaurants. Parking was available and staff members were friendly.

There are few things that are really bad. The pool areas are extremely noisy so it is impossible to relax. Breakfast is modest. There are no pool where you can really sim, because they are all very small. The sea is durty in this area so it is not very pleasent to sim there. The town around is very touristic so I would not recommend to stay at Saranda at all. Better to rent a car and go to Himare or somewhere else.

This review is for the restaurant Dielleza next to the sunbeds by the sea. The restaurant has no sea view because of lots of plants. We ordered Cesar salad. It had a boiled egg in it, and no bacon…. All we got was five small mouthfuls of sweet bbq chicken and a half salad head who was no crisp in, drowned in dressing Nice staff who served, but the chef? 🙈

This review is for villa 17 in the resort. While our host, Mitch was very nice and responsive, the whole property has mold issues. It’s musty and smelly in the parking garage, and it was even worse inside the apartment. Unfortunately we had to check out after the first night and waste a lot of money and time out of precious vacation

I loved Bougainville Bay! The pools, SPA, staff was very polite & helpfull, the view was amazing. My kids want to go again and ask me every day. We really enjoyed our stay there and will be going again.

We were there in November, very low season. Most of the rooms were closed. We had a comfortable and quiet room facing the sea without a balcony. The hotel is a very nice place with Gaudi decorations. We stayed 3 nights. Naso at the reception is a real pro, she is friendly, natural, helpful and speaks good English. Nail at the seaside restaurant was also very pro and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. We had brought champagne and asked for a bucket of ice and 2 glasses which they gave us with a friendly smile. thank you too. The only negative point was the lack of coffee/tea set and drinking water in the room. We were surprised for a 5* hôtel but accepted as the price was very low. Breakfast was à la carte as there weren’t enough guests for a buffet. November is the orange, mandarine season and we were served orange juice out of the box. Anyway we sure will return yo Bougainville Bay resort when back in Sarandë.
