Hotel Nertil is just amazing. Me and my family felt like home there. The service and the hotel staff were very kind with us. The food at Ulah was more than delicious and worth the money You are simply respected there so it's definitely worth-visited. Highly recommended! Florent, Bleta, Fron, Arra

The hotel is new and really good, our room did not have a balcony so make sure to ask for a room with a balcony (personal preference) they have a private beach area and it is really good just make sure to bring water shoes as there are sea urchins in the water and the beach is with pebbles. The receptionist can be more polite as there was a case when she was not very professional, other than this the place is really good.

I would not recommend for sure.The staff especially the manager were arrogant.I was with my family 5 nights HB and it was said to us from the first day not to eat too ,much or we will pay a fee 50 euros iff so🤦🏽♀️,the room was too small and the toilet too. The food was minimalist and for the coffee better if you drink outside the hotel🤷♀️

It was all going okay(except for cold food) untill day three as we were getting back from the beach and found strange belongings in our room. We searched and our stuff was gone, we inquired at the reception and was told that they had made a mistake and the room was only free for 3 days, so they packed(! ) all of our belongings (clean and dirty clothes) in the suitcases and just put it at the reception. They booked us appearantly a hotel for the next 2 days that we payed and planned to spend there in advance. Now we were driven o a apartment, not even hotel and nowhere near of what we payed for, a reimbursement was denied. Be careful when u book there!

This hotel is never a 4 star hotel, the bed sheets were not changed for 3 nights, the rooms are very small , also the bathroom is very small , don’t get a book for dinner meals it sucks , also the staff is very unfriendly, the only good thing they have is the breakfast.

Location is central in the town l Views amazing Lunch was perfect 5 Star rating service impeccable our Waiter Kleo is so friendly helpful very informative nothing to much trouble Perfect place to spend the day in Sarande

I stayed in this hotel for 2nights and I can tell you that it is a very good hotel,the room was clean,tidy and very comfortable,also the restaurant offers different and delicious dishes.I advise everyone to stay at this hotel, you will be satisfied

Wir haben uns eine Suite im Hotel gebucht mit Frühstück. Das Zimmer ein absoluter Traum mit wunderschöner Aussicht aufs Meer. Sehr sauberes Hotel, das Zimmer wird regelmäßig sehr sauber gereinigt. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Im Preis inbegriffen sind die Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Strand. Der Strand auch sehr schön und nicht so überlaufen. Man findet immer einen Platz. Alles in allem absolut zum empfehlen. Der einzige kleine „Nachteil“ man muss viele Treppen oder eine steile Straße in Kauf nehmen um auf die Hauptstraße zu kommen. Wobei dies bei vielen Hotels in Saranda der Fall ist.
