New hotel in a prime location with a private beach. We booked a longer stay and stayed for over a week. The rooms are clean with a really nice view of the sea. I recommend a room on the top or second floor. I wouldn't book the other rooms. The breakfast is good, but unfortunately repetitive for longer stays. The service staff make a lot of effort. But there is a lack of attention here and there. The man at the reception is a complete misfit. You don't feel welcome and he comments on guests and their behavior towards other guests. Our final bill was read out loudly so that all the other guests at the reception heard everything we had consumed. A NOGO! The receptionist usually doesn't say hello and you feel like a guest is more of a nuisance. He has no class! The "conditions" presented on the day of check-in are not very hospitable. I understand that they have to do this, but I find the way they are worded unfortunate. The hotel does not allow pets, but during our stay there were guests with two small dogs that were barking as early as six in the morning. I thought it was good that the hotel staff were also allowed to use the private beach (mostly in the afternoon). But the loud music from the beach club next door is annoying. The location is great, otherwise I wouldn't go back there. The reception still has a lot to learn...
