The best stay I’ve had in Albania so far! The host Elena greeted us so kindly and let us in to the room a little early (since it was already cleaned). She has been kind and answered all of our 1000 questions, and the hotel could even provide a very needed laundry service for us. We prolonged our stay several nights because we really liked it here. I really recommend this place, truly a great place to stay!

on the first day, the air conditioning started leaking and soaked through the mattress, the toilets kept running, caught the maids trash talking several times behind our backs, the rooms looked different online compared to what we were provided; we were a few families needing a simple vacation and everything was terrible

The air conditioner was leaking and wet the mattress, the bathroom was broken, the wifi was terrible. The room was overpriced for it’s conditions and we paid more than the price booked. The sheets were not changed

Great hotel. I love it so much. Amazing location just close to the beach and main promenade. Friendly staff, clean hotel, and super price. Very modern and well oraganised, great bed, great shower and A/C unit, nice balconies some with beach view. I will come back for sure in Sarande and at this hotel. Muy decepcionante
Muy decepcionados con el hotel, la habitación muy desmejorada , el baño anticuado, sin luz , sin mampara, la habitación no es como en las fotos, la limpieza muy decepcionante ya que no nos cambiaron las sabanas en 6 dias, el aire acondicionado estaba roto y no enfriaba bien y se escuchaba mucho el ruido, por la mañana no se podía descansar
