Great service with great host and great facilities(pool especially and clean room) Even though we arrived late, which was 3 AM, hosts helped us check in easily. Moreover, we woke up late and the breakfast time was over but the host asked us whether we want breakfast. Everyone was super nice and generous.
The outdoor pool was great to swim. Also 15 minutes away from the bus terminal which made us come here easily

The price is not low, the price-performance ratio is not high, the room facilities are too basic, and the breakfast is too unpalatable. These are the biggest "mistakes" of this trip.

Lovely small hotel with a stunning view from the balcony. Hotel was super clean and the staff was friendly. Nice clean pool area and only few steps to the beach. Breakfast was okay but quite a minimum of choices for a 4 star hotel. Location is close to the centre and cruise terminal. Definately would come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Kalcuni in Saranda. The hotel is in a great location, just steps from the beach and a short walk to stores and restaurants. It was convenient for exploring the area and is also quite close to the ferry terminal for Corfu. The staff were great and very helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. A great option for a beach getaway!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my girlfriend. We enjoyed it a lot. The location was really close to the ferry port and by the best beach we experienced during our whole exploration of Albania. Staff were very friendly and the room very clean and luxurious (with a stunning view). The location was quiet and not far away from the main attractions of the city.

We stayed one week at Vila Kalcuni, and had a great vacation. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, not more than 100 meter to the beach, and a nice pool. Great simple breakfast, the feta cheese was fantastic (I recommend). Walking distance to the city centre. Super great hotel for the price!

The Kalcuni family were so friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was immaculate. I am still speachless about my room. The breakfast was amazing. The location was perfect, close to the main boulevard with its own beach just outside. Will definitely be staying here again! Would recommend to anyone travelling to Sarande.

We went for a wedding and every night was so good. They catered to everything the bride and groom requested. The staff are polite and always eager to help. The family who owned the villa really made our stay amazing. The daughters make delicious cocktails. The rooms were clean and very spacious.
