The location of the hotel is very good. The luxury double rooms with balcony and frontal sea view are delightful. Extremely clean. Good prices. Swedish buffet breakfast 10. Staff very trained and very helpful. Personally, I had a rather unpleasant episode, but the gentleman at the reception intervened, being at a great height. Thank you very much! However, we were disappointed by Saranda, where the unjustifiably high prices (almost double those in Vlore) and the spikes taken at the supermarket when we paid in euros make us seriously think about whether we will come back here again.

Fantastic Hotel. Highly recommend this place!! Family are friendly and kind, great location and close to town, restaurants and shops. Best part is the view from the rooftop bar across Saranda bay. Amazing and one of the best in resort. It is also opposite Orange nightclub so great for those wholove to party. Some room noise at night but not impactful. Beach nearby and beds comfortable. Great Great hotel.!!!

My family had the pleasure of visiting Julia Hotel in June 2024 and were very impressed with many things. Firstly we have to say that all of the staff were extremely friendly and would go above and beyond to ensure that their guests needs are facilitated. I stayed in a double room and the room was very clean and was a good size as well as a very air conditioning system in the room. The bathroom was very modern although there could of perhaps been a shower door as the water does splash very easily onto the floor due to the pressure of the shower The price of drinks is very reasonable and it was great in the evenings enjoying the great cocktails on offer and local beer on the rooftop terrace which has a great view of Saranda overall we would definitely recommend this hotel as it is in a great location and was a very goods price as well

This place is a little gem with stunning views of Saranda and the sea from the rooftop terrace. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, you get the vibe that this is a family run business that puts great service at the heart of everything. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the place is being constantly cleaned throughout the day. We arrived early on our first day, a good 3 hours before checkin time, yet they went out of their way to get the room ready within the hour. We went to the rooftop to get a drink while we waited, only to find that they had been kind enough to put our bags into our room for us, ready to unpack. The pool area is relaxing with enough sunbeds for everyone, and it also has a pool bar. The location of the property is perfect, less than 1 minute from the sea front and the beautiful promenade. There are lots of great bars and restaurants around. The location of this hotel means that it's close enough to the centre to avoid any noise during the night, ensuring you have a good sleep. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a balcony and air conditioning. We've had an awesome stay at Julia Hotel and would certainly stay here next time we visit Saranda. The staff are excellent and can't do enough for you. Thank you!

Fantastic stay in the centre of Saranda, just off the main promenade. The hotel is new and modern. Beautiful, new and clean rooms. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, super pool, friendly service. The breakfasts overlooking the sea are perfect!

Clean hotel , set back from the main road. Balcony /patio to allow you to sit outside. Small Minimarket directly opposite , opens late. Excellent breakfast located on the roof terrace on the fifth floor with a great view across the bay below. Very helpful staff. Small swimming pool ideal for cooling off. 10 minutes walk to the centre of the promenade. Great value for money.

Loved the hotel, staff, location definitely I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarande, if possible stay with an Sea View room, it's worth the extra cost, breakfast on rooftop is a plus.

Excellent hotel! 100% recommended. Very friendly staff and great location. The rooms are very clean. There is enough parking apace available. The swimming pool was also great and the view during the breakfast was outstanding. Overall very good!
