Front desk girl was so awesome!! So friendly and personable and made me feel welcome! After a 12 hour drive we were exhausted and she was so helpful!

We decided to stay here to rest from our roadtrip and were we pleased. First thing,Staff was very welcoming and our room was clean with comfortable beds. For breakfast they offered waffles and coffee and fruits, I did get there almost when breakfast was over so maybe they had other things too. Overall great experience will definitely stay here again.

Every employee I interacted with was kind and accommodating. The design of the room was exceptional. Breakfast was adequate. I would have appreciated more protein.

Our stopover hotel choice
We were looking for a stopover hotel on our way to the beach. This hotel is very clean and is in a good area, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff was very friendly.

Check in was easy. The room had a bit of a smoke smell and the bathroom was not the cleanest. There was hair all over the floor.

When I got there I was greeted 2 min after arrival by a woman sitting in the back with her kid at work. She wouldn’t allow me to check in due to some mishap with *******. I decided to book a room at a separate hotel across the street. I called ******* for a refund but they stated the property manager isn’t going to issue me a refund even though it’s not my fault that I couldn’t check in.

We checked in and received a room full of paint thinner smells! It was unbearable m. The staff quickly gave us another room. Trying to enjoy the back patio area, we noticed a car parked in the parking lot playing music. No biggie. 2 hour later they were still there. A storm came through and we noticed they tried to leave. They then reversed their car up against the patio area. I confronted him and he was drinking heavily. I notified the front staff of him before I confronted him. They acted concern but really were not. They continued to do other things or training. They weren’t concerned about the safety of the guests. After talking to the guy in the car, he was very intoxicated.
Later, my wife and went out again to the patio and he was still there. I confronted him again and he made a move in his jacket that was a cautious moment for me. At that time I told my wife to go in. I reported it to the next shift supervisor. She said Saraland would take care of this. At which, this did not happen. If you wish to have people park in your parking lot that scares guests, great! But, this will encourage others to go somewhere else!

Cleanliness is my top priority in a room, and this room was very clean, bathroom included. Beds were comfortable. Grounds were well maintained and the property was in a safe location. Pet friendly and good price!
