I have usually stayed in hotels near by over the years and decided to finally stay here and I was pleasantly surprised how good this place was. This is in a good location, just a min from the highway. Very clean place with friendly staff. They have ATM and computer in their business center. They even have a pantry where they sell snacks, drinks and ice cream etc. which I normally don’t see in many hotels. Even though they didn’t have any breakfast due to Covid-19, they offer free coffee and juice. Room itself was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Overall I’m so glad that I stayed here and wished I had stayed here more often over the years. Anyway I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with large rooms. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is the pillows for the bed were extremely small and flat but for an overnight stay it was not a problem. Location great close to restaurants.

Nice room and very cold AC!!! And in South Alabama that's a very good thing in the summer! The ladies at the front desk are the best there's is and have always taken very good care of me and make it feel like a home say from home. I've been here with my work staying at the Saraland Red roof inn for the last 3 mos and highly recommend them to anyone! Come see Ms Rita she Will take good care of you!

We overnighted here on our way through the Mobile area. Located off I65 just north of Mobile. Hotel is very near the University of Mobile. We had a NS, King Suite with fridge, microwave, sofa bed, desk and chair and coffee maker. Large walk in shower in a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Lots of electrical outlets, all the lamps had a couple of plug ins. Great layout, bathroom at front, bed in middle and the sitting area up against the window. Side tables for the sofa bed and an ottoman. 2 TV's in the room. Hotel was located a little off the freeway so it was pretty quiet. A number of dining options a short drive away. We got a pizza delivered from Marco's which was close by and it was very good. We would stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was pretty good.

Based on reviews, we booked this hotel online through our rewards plan. When we went to our assigned room, we opened the door to see trash and food containers everywhere and unmade beds. Hubby went to report this to the clerk. She walked him to a new room only to find unmade beds and a TV on, but no one “home”. We then headed to another room and it was unoccupied and given to us. After about 20 minutes in the room, hubby returned to the clerk asking for an ionizer because the room was incredibly humid and musty and even the chair was damp. My clean white socks became dirty in the short time we were in the room. The clerk took him to another room which was occupied and then to the room we ended up staying in for the evening. However, as the night rolled on, the musty smell crept in. I had to close up our suitcase and put it in the bathroom to avoid our clothing absorbing the odors.. We avoided taking a shower because we weren’t sure what the brown stuff in the tub was. The toilet roll and mini-fridge were covered in rust! To make things better, I found a boxed hamburger inside the microwave! 🤢. We ended up leaving very early in the morning before our sinuses completely shut down . After all that, we passed on the bagged “To Go” breakfast. The clerk was super embarrassed by the whole ordeal, but more so after hubby asked if the housekeepers were on strike.
