"Just in the old town, it is very convenient to go out to the old street. Very close to the attractions. A few minutes walk.
There is no stairs, and it is heavy to carry luggage on the second floor.
There is a parking lot outside, but there are many cars (the whole old city has a lot of cars, the lane is very narrow, and the speed of individual cars is very fast). If you grab a parking space, 10 euros a night.
The hotel lobby has free coffee, fruit, snacks, very warm.
The waiter was very good."
"The service is average and rather aloof. The parking lot is the kind of elevator parking lot where you drive into the elevator, which is quite magical. It is definitely a nightmare for those with poor driving skills."
"The location is great, the aunt who made breakfast is younger and the breakfast is rich. The aunt who made breakfast also cleaned and was very careful. The only bad thing is to contact the hotel front desk, send to the train station only 2㎞, charge 30 mark, (because I am worried that I can't get a taxi too early, in fact, there is already a taxi at 6 o'clock in front of the hotel)"

"The rooms are clean and tidy, the facilities are normal, the service is very good, and the breakfast is simple and full. Parking is free in the parking space on the street. A few minutes walk from the ancient city."
"It was my first time staying in a homestay abroad. The owner had WeChat, so we could communicate through WeChat, which was also very convenient for translation. The owner also explained all the issues in great detail. The place was clean, tidy and safe. The hotel is in a great location, right at Pigeon Square in the center of the old town. Staying here means you can walk to famous places in Sarajevo. The old town is rich in specialties, and the airport bus takes only a few minutes to walk to the City Hall."
"Excellent location, in the old town, three minutes walk from the Latin Bridge.
The breakfast is too good for my wife, I choose my own six packages, exquisite and rich.
The little brothers at the bar are so hard, and they have to take into account the guests who order meals and the guests who come to stay at the same time.
There is no hotel sign on the facade of the building, we have been looking for two and asked for two.
The shower flow is a bit small. No TV, no air conditioning. No bottled water."
"Absolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended."
"Everything was excellent except for not being able to close the roller blinds due to snow outside (hard to sleep with all the light) and the TV was too small and not a smart TV.
Otherwise, absolutely loved the stay and heated floors in the bathroom were awesome after a shower!"
"The hotel is generally nice. Located halfway up a mountain, it's relatively easy to walk from the Latin Bridge, but the uphill climb requires some effort.
The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice.
The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped.
Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy."
"The room was very clean, the boss was super nice, our checkin time was too late, the reception was off work, the enthusiastic boss answered the phone or came to help open the door to carry the box, and when we left, he also helped us call the taxi that did not kill the customer to the bus station, and there was also a service to and from the airport. The service is too thoughtful, great praise"

Amazing
GGuest UserSpace: The two-bedroom and one-living apartment has a very large space, one large bed, two high and low bunks, and can accommodate at least 6 adults. It is very suitable for a family or a few friends to live together.
Hygienic: very clean, consistent with the promotional pictures!
Location: Very convenient, walking distance to Sacred Heart Cathedral, Eternal Fire and other landmark buildings
Landlord: He is a handsome little brother, very nice. Can help book taxi.
SShae IslamThe hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)
GGuest UserNice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.
TTianbulaCarolineThe room is quite big, the scenery is also very good, the location is very good, the first floor below is directly connected to the shopping mall, there is a large supermarket opposite, and there is also a shopping mall. It is very convenient to buy phone cards and exchange money. It is a landmark building, not good The only place to watch is the hotel, the sanitation is relatively poor, when you want to drink tea 🍵, you take out the cup, oh my god, it has not been washed, which is a bit surprising 😱, go to breakfast, there are many people, and no one takes a seat , a bit messy, it took 45 minutes for the waiter to pick up a car😂😂😂, but anyway, their attitude is still very good👌, so it doesn't matter, it's just a small problem, I hope it can be improved
GGuest UserThe hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.
GGuest UserThe room is large, the rooftop balcony has a nice view, the hotel facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The breakfast is quite rich. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, you have to take a taxi to get there, and it is very hard to walk with luggage. There is a large shopping mall nearby, which takes 10 minutes to walk.
MM283325****The slanting alley is very cute ~ very close to Pigeon Square. I woke up lazily in the morning, walked slowly along the stone road to Pigeon Square, passed through the pigeons, randomly found a coffee shop, and sat down in a sunny location. Order a small snack and a cup of coffee (I recommend Turkish coffee, which is very flavorful. Stir it first, then settle it, and finally pour it into a small cup to taste) and enjoy the wonderful coffee time slowly ~ The main thing is to wait for the restaurant to open😆The earliest restaurant has to be ten Opens at 2 o’clock∠(ᐛ ∠)_Enjoy a delicious meal and stroll around the old town~ It’s a perfect day~
GGuest UserWonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.
AAnton from MoscowA big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.
JJJGGCCRRWe needed to stay somewhere close to the Sarajevo train station, and Hotel Grand is perfectly located just a short walk away (5-10 minutes). The staff was friendly and even prepared a small breakfast bag for us since we were leaving so early. However the room itself was rather bare-bones, and the shower drain was clearly clogged leading to a lot of flooding. There were exposed electrical wiring in the room and the hallways smelled a bit like an ashtray. Was okay for the money, but not really recommended.
