The hotel is very good. The front desk is very considerate. The taxi service is very convenient.

Really good hotel with a nice complimentary upgrade. Service in the hotel is excellent, my wife had an issue with a lost jumper that the hotel replaced which really impressed me. Great location right on the edge of the old town. Breakfast isn’t the best, but other than that all was good.

The rooms were average, but not very clean. Additionally, the cleaning staff left a dirty cloth in our room, which is not very professional. The wellness area was also not the best, as you have to store your bathrobe on a ledge, with no chairs or beds to put your things on. However, we could have overlooked these issues, but then the real problems started. There are several bars next to the accommodation, and the music from them was so loud in the evening that we measured it and even with the windows closed, the noise level was above 50 dB. We asked the receptionist if we could get another room, to which they replied that if we wanted to rest, why did we book accommodation in the city center? This is not a fair attitude, especially since in an average city, such noise levels are not allowed after 10:00 PM. Please, if you can, avoid this hotel at all costs because it’s terrible, and the staff are neither kind nor helpful.

I just checked in, and the rooms are much more run down than they appear in photos online. Sockets pulled out of walls, blinds pulled out of the ceiling, no remote for the television, broken furniture, broken climate control screen. My friend is paying the same amount and has a brand new room in a separate wing of the hotel. Be careful if you book here!!

We stayed in room 107, if allocated this room would strongly advise you request to be moved while checking in. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. However bars are situated directly below, the music was so loud constantly at 60 DB in our room and didn’t turn off until 3am. We asked to be moved and was told by reception staff ‘this is Sarajevo ‘ we were unable to change room as hotel was full. The room was not very clean, mould in bathroom and plater missing in places on the wall. Breakfast is very simple and basic selection. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was another find on *********** using the three principles of location / pricing and amenities. It met all three so we booked this place the day before we arrived. Due to our plane from Belgrade being cancelled and a nine hour bus trip getting in at midnight, we had a late check in of which we informed the reception prior to us getting there. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room we had was good. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows being of the European design didn't suit me and I didn't like them. The room was well appointed otherwise and the bathroom was good as well. I would've rated this excellent but for the breakfast being too expensive for what it was and the spa area that claimed a pool temp of 36 degrees was about 24 degrees. We dipped our toes in and went straight back to the room. Be aware when entering the pool area, that it is very slippery when wearing the slippers the room provides. I nearly fell over due to this. Still, the hotel was clean, comfortable, service was good and it is as it name states, has a very central location for all the touristy things to see and do. Overall, I liked it and would stay there again.

This is my second time staying here. The first time was amazing as well. This hotel is in the perfect spot, everything is in walking distance. The hotel staff are all very kind and professional. They all also speak English. They have a massive amount of TV channels in various languages over 30 in English with movie channels to. Off site parking is a minute walk down the street and the guys that run it are also very good people. If you have never been here, you will likely want to stay longer then you planned. Sarajevo is a awesome place, I have been all through Bosnia the last couple weeks and it is a great country. Very good, warm and welcoming people everywhere I went.
