The room is large, the hotel is in a good location, the price is moderate, the breakfast is rich, there are free gym facilities, the overall stay experience is good, and it is recommended for business travel.

酒店外觀很新，可是房內設施老舊，服務不行，第二天房間也沒給打掃，讓送個毛巾也沒送，勉強住了兩晚

The hotel looks very new, but the facilities in the room are old and the service is not good. The room was not cleaned the next day and even the towels were not given. I barely stayed for two nights.

房型比較老 估計有十多年了 餐廳在頂樓視野和菜品不錯

The room type is relatively old, probably more than ten years old. The restaurant on the top floor has a good view and food.

作為五星級酒店服務太差了，真還不如國內連鎖酒店，硬件設施一般吧，和國內三星級酒店差不多

As a five-star hotel, the service is too bad. It is really not as good as the domestic chain hotels. The hardware facilities are average, and it is similar to the domestic three-star hotels

房間乾淨衞生，各種設施設備運行良好，停車很方便，在波塞黑地區屬於一流水準!

Very nice clean hotel with such very helpful staff. I would like to thank the staff on reception in particular for their help. We had dinner one night in the revolving restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast is also served there which was excellent, lots of choice.  The bed room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and dressing area and as it was on a circular it had amazing views. Only issue was the lack of a swimming pool, this was extremely disappointing as I was on a retreat I was really looking forward to swimming and this necessitated taking a taxi to local spa. Also, its a bit of a way to Sarajevo old town which I loved but there are lots of taxis. Overall really good but no pool makes the rating down for me.

5 star hotel, great. The revolving restaurant on the top floor is stylish. The room is big.
