A particularly good hotel, right on the edge of the old city. To be precise, I live in the scenic spot. Open the windows and the old city is full of eyes. Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. This time, the staff at the front desk had a very good service, and the room card was prepared early. The hotel’s breakfast is good, rich in variety and snow-white tablecloths. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. So, you must be cautious when you check in and take care of your personal belongings, especially cash.

Very bad service, very friendly to foreigners! My reservation included breakfast, but the front desk said with a straight face that it was not available! I had to communicate with Ctrip to confirm the breakfast. You didn't ask about breakfast, but they didn't tell you that there were hot dishes available for ordering, and the foreigners next to you could have them! The front desk seemed to owe them money! The air conditioner was broken in the 30-degree summer, and the toilet flushing needed to be adjusted constantly, otherwise the water would not stop flowing! The order at the door next to it was left for a day and a night and was not collected! It was disgusting to look at! Chinese tourists don't need to make reservations, there are more conveniently located hotels everywhere in the old city!

A good hotel 5 minutes walk from the old town. There are many cafes and shops nearby. There is underground parking, it costs 20 euros per night. There is also a self-service washing machine and dryer. There is also a sauna, but it is small and it was very hot. Breakfasts are quite good. We liked it.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

For those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia. Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past. The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable. There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful. For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops. The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot. I would stay again. 👍

Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters from the attractions and restaurants that need to be punched in. Service: Don't think about coming to Sarajevo, just live here, absolutely satisfied. . The staff is very good in English, there is no hot water bottle in the room, I called in the middle of the night and sent it upstairs, and also helped to call a taxi. I came to the Balkans for more than two weeks and felt that there was a value for money four-star hotel for the first time. tips: Trip.com booked a stall that did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk told us the price including breakfast, and the breakfast was really rich and delicious.
