Hotel reception service - 2 out of 5 , extremely slow and staff seems lost and unclear.
Hotel house keeping and room cleanliness - 2 out of 5 . Bedsheets were not clean , bathroom toiletries were not environmental friendly and clean.
Hotel restaurant service : 5 out of 5 . Too good. Staff was very efficient, responsive, fast. Food options were very good. Buffet service and options were excellent.

A good and a very comfortable stay !! The food is nice and so is the staff !! Specially Mes. Arshi who served us breakfast !! Very hospitable and courteous. Highly recommended for events like marriages and cocktails. They have a capacity of 300 rooms.

Staff and the whole Ramada team were really helpful. The food was amazing and they took care of us like a family. Some staff members Umesh, Amarpal, Sandeep, Alok Mishra and many others helped us at all points during all the events. Really enjoyed the stay.

Overall good experience, But Food (Nonveg) could be good, Room outside view was not so good, Swimming pool was not upto the expectation, That time a wedding arrangement were going there, faced so much crowd well ignore it.. My kids enjoyed much.. They will definitely visit again

Amazing and helpful staff, don't need to think twice before booking. Nice experience. Nice and good option for food which is really nice. Also it's has beautiful architecture which is really amazing. Should experience atleast one time ☺️

Everything great about the hotel , rooms , services, food and I am a frequent visitor to the hotel , it’s always felt like home , Staff here is so cooperative and welcoming . Mr GM a great and humble person managing the things perfectly…Definitely will recommend and visit again …Love you a lot Ramada Lucknow , It’s like Home to me . Looks like all trainee staff were there. For a dual occupancy the rooms had only 1 set of towels. On requesting an extra set, took nearly 3 hours for it to turn up. Floor had oil marks on it and again took forever to fix up. Bathroom shower has no door seals so all the water leaks into the room and floods it. Miles away from the city so better have your own vehicle. Passable at best if no other options available . Keycards kept deactivating and nothing of the above was fixed before we left. Staff are pleasant but are clueless about being sharp and prompt to address issues. Perhaps all their revenue is generated through the marriages and guests travelling through are not seen as a priority.

it was great experience to stay here...we stayed 5 days ....the great hotel it was....we really enjoyed here .....the food was awesome & delicious.....the services are awesome. Mr. binod from F&B , he was great..... other staffs also pretty good....satish, nibha, sweety,suchi, diya,urmila,rima,santosh,he was great....i loved it here..thnq ...wanna visit again.
