Went there with family for weekend and had a very comfortable stay with all the amenities that one could expect in a high end hotel. The view of Saputara lake from the hotel is equally amazing. It has a heated swimming pool. The assortment of food in the restaurant is good however can be enhanced further. Overall, it is a good place for a comfortable staycation.

During my stay, I encountered several issues, including discolored (dark yellow) water in the bathroom, a non-functional Wi-Fi connection, and an air conditioning unit with an unpleasant odor—all occurring in two separate rooms simultaneously, suggesting a broader systemic issue across the hotel. Additionally, it appeared that maintenance work was being carried out on the swimming pool. Given these shortcomings, it is difficult to justify the premium rates charged, as the overall service quality was more in line with a two-star experience rather than a five-star establishment. On a positive note, the rooms matched the images advertised, the food was excellent, and the location was convenient. However, aside from the dining experience and location, I would not recommend staying here. If you visit, it should be for the restaurant, not the accommodation.

This place was awesome with a beautiful lake view. Staff was also cooperative. The room view was the best. I recommend this place for your weekend holiday.

Food services are average. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Basics about tap in bathroom are not selected properly needs proper directed water flow.
