The room tariff misleads customers. We paid similar amounts of rs 3300+ taxes for three suite rooms, but one of the suites was smaller compared to the other two. On enquiring, the front desk at the hotel informed us that they have only two large suites in the entire hotel and the third suite is marginally smaller. They had no clear answer to why the prices had been kept the same. We were three friends ***** with their respective spouses, and the couple which got the smaller suite, was disturbed and blamed the other two for purposely booking a smaller suite while paying exactly the same price.
