Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, the best French toast we ever had. Front desk staffs are very helpful and efficient. Parking fee is ¥1000/day.

Recently we were allowed to travel outside Aomori prefecture. We booked plane tickets and hotel 3 days in advance. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by professional and friendly staff. Our temperatures were taken and all Covid precautions were maintained. Our room was spacious with a view of the mountains and a river. Bathroom was large with separate shower and bathtub. Robes and slippers were provided. Our stay included breakfast and it was delicious. Especially the made to order omelettes. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sweet breads and meats plus several Japanese traditional breakfast items were offered. Plastic gloves are given to use for the self serve items. Every morning we received a warm greeting and coffee from the manager. Everyone in the dining room and hotel made us feel welcomed. The hotel has a bus that shuttles every hour to the main Sapporo train station and shopping center. This was a great benefit of the hotel. We will go back and stay for the winter festival! We were on the 9th floor.

Very satisfied. I don't know if it has been upgraded, but I was assigned to the 14th floor, the highest floor. The room is very large, the layout is very good, the dynamic and static are separated, and the dry and wet are separated. Clean and tidy, breakfast is rich. Opposite the hotel is Odori Park, which is very lively on weekends. It's about a 20-minute walk from Sapporo Station.

家族3人で1泊しました。 エキストラベッドを入れると少し部屋は狭いですが(スーツケースを広げるとスペースが無くなる)、最近改装されたのかとても綺麗でした。 大浴場があります。露天風呂もありますが景色は見れません。ですが外気に当たり気持ち良いです。大浴場もこまめに清掃されて清潔でした。 繁忙期で宿泊客が多いからか、チェックイン時間がキッチリ決まっており、「4時にチェックインのお客様〜お待たせしました〜チェックイン開始します〜」と案内されました。皆さんロビーで待機されていました。 レストランは使用していませんが、朝食の雰囲気、とても良かったです。 札幌駅からは少し遠い(徒歩20分くらいでしょうか)ですが、のんびり歩いて、大通りやすすきのなど札幌市内の散策も良いかと思います。

Small room, 1 block from the Snow Festival's Susukino Ice Sculptures We stayed here for 7 nights during the Sapporo Snow Festival. Our GPS didn't work very well so it took a while to get to our hotel. It's about 6 blocks from the subway exit. Best to know the way to get there beforehand but there are many exits from the subway which can get confusing. The hotel itself is modern. The rooms are very small. No closet so if you have a lot of luggage, this could be a problem. Next to the bed is a tiny table and chair/stool. Complimentary tea. The best amenity is that it has a public washer and dryer for your laundry on the 6th floor. When traveling, this is a gold standard. It cost 300 yen for the washer and 100 yen for the dryer. I had to cycle the dryer a few times but still very reasonable for the convenience. The laundry room also has vending machines for hot and cold drinks and a microwave. Their restaurant offers a simple buffet for breakfast for 1000 yen. English is limited. As far as location, if you are planning on going to the Snow Festival, I would recommend booking a hotel early (almost a year ahead) so you can stay closer to Odori train station. While you can walk from the Susukino to Odori subway station underground (or take the train), it can get tiresome by the end of the day especially walking through the snow once you get to the festival. The plus side of staying in Susukino is that the subway is close so you can get to most attractions around Sapporo with subway and a bus ride/walking the rest of the way. The ice sculptures which are part of the snow festival are located nearby this hotel.

I never stayed in Sapporo city in luxury, but I stayed for the first time this time. I thought it was a larger hotel, but it is small. Because it was a continuous night, I put it in the hot spring during the day, but it seemed to be popular with the local people, and it was quite crowded. The hot springs that enter the middle city under the freezing point are the best. However, the public bath is not a hot spring, only the open-air bath seems to be a hot spring.

There’s even drinks vending machine at Level 5 is super convenient. Can’t believe their service are that good. As they greet you when you go in and out the hotel. It was a reservation on the day, and it was about 3200 yen of double bed type cheaper than others. The young woman at the counter was a foreign student because she had a tattoo and a little 々 Japanese. I just thought that the international students were working by-time because they were still unable to travel abroad freely in the corona fence. I speak Japanese and the customer service was polite. It seems to choose amenities at check-in, and the room is about toothpaste set, towels and indoor clothes. I used only indoor clothes and towels because I was my amenities. I rented a double bed room this time. The twin room was cheaper, but I wanted to rest in a large bed. The room is clean, the bed makeup is also good with linen parsley, pine without rust. Water circulation is a type of shower without a bathtub. There is always a bathtub in other hotels, but I like the shower type because I don't always store hot water. Is it because the location is good, building town? From the building next door? I can hear a small voice speaking with a microphone. Maybe you're nervous. It's about the extent that you can't hear it when you turn on the TV. I think it's good because I can rest immediately after I enjoy sushi. It was not far from the station and there were many restaurants (Genghis Khan) around. There was a bicycle and a kickboard at the entrance, but can I rent it?

This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo!
