Overall, the Karaksa Hotel Sapporo is a great option for travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sapporo. The hotel is located in Susukino, which is a lively district with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also close to the Susukino subway station, which makes it easy to get around the city. The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the rooms are a good size. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they were always happy to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed. One of the best things about the hotel is the onsen. The onsen is a traditional Japanese bathhouse, and it is a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel also offers free ice cream after you take an onsen, which is a nice touch. Another great thing about the hotel is the location. The hotel is close to the Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, which is one of the longest shopping arcades in Japan. It is also close to Odori Park, which is a large park in the center of the city. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to the action, but still offers a quiet and relaxing stay, then the Karaksa Hotel Sapporo is a great option. Here are some of the pros and cons of the hotel: Pros: Great location Clean and modern rooms Friendly and helpful staff Onsen Free ice cream after taking an onsen Close to shopping and restaurants Cons: -Rooms can be small -Can be noisy at night Overall, I would recommend the Karaksa Hotel Sapporo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sapporo.

I'm always very satisfied ... I always choose eco plan for my job. This time, as usual, when I asked, ”I'm sweating, so I'd like you to change your room clothes.” , ”I don't mind paying or without eco benefits, so I want to work in the room in the morning, so I would like you to put it in with a change of towels and hang it on the door.” ”I can't do it because it's outside the rules. I don't make an eco plan, so the cleaner comes to the room in the morning and knocks, so please tell me that you want a room clothes directly at that time.” The first day was scheduled to be only desk work in the room in the morning, so there was no problem. However, the second day was a web meeting in the room, but I had to go to the meeting while paying attention to the knock, so I was lacking concentration and became a meeting of indigestion. I was there. If you usually say that you want to work in the room, you can give me your room clothes at the front desk in advance, or even if you don't make an eco plan and ask for a knock yourself, put your room clothes with towels and the like and put them in the door. and he kept it on me. From the stricter perspective, they may be undesirable behavior outside the rules, but since Corona, telework has become commonplace, and it is normal to apply the free time during business trips to telework. Therefore, the hotel is the best environment on the go. Therefore, we decide the hotel with the importance of being an environment where you can concentrate and telework when staying at the hotel. I really like the food and bath at the route inn, and if it is available not only in Sapporo, I choose the route inn. So I was very disappointed this time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and overall I was impressed with the cleanliness, prime location, and the modern feel of the rooms. However, I feel compelled to share a concern regarding the staff's attitude during my stay. It's a shame because I believe this hotel has tremendous potential to offer an exceptional guest experience. The negativity from the staff had a noticeable impact on my overall satisfaction. On a particular occasion, I overheard two staff members conversing in Japanese in front of me. To my surprise, their discussion included a negative comment about my request for water, despite a prior assurance from another staff member that I could request water at any time. This incident was disappointing, as the unfriendly demeanor of the staff members not only contradicted the positive image of your hotel but also left me annoyed and upset as a guest. Understanding the language used in the conversation only added to the unfortunate experience.

I got a injury by the hotel equipment (still i struggling spending the life by this). The issue itself came from equipment but care after the issue happened by hotel was quit terrible. A hotel staff ”required” me to go hospital immediately and mandatory to get medical certificate for escalate issue in the hotel internally then I did it by my expense (in Japan, the certification is expensive because outside of health insurance). After I submitted certification to the hotel, they entered internal consideration about next action and how to compensate to victim (myself) and spend 3 week to just make answer to me. In the end, the answer said no compensate even certification expense that required by themselves. Actually I don't need to require money as a compensation like a troll for them because able to pay money by myself for cure but their attitude is extremely bad as a service provider and I totally disappointed them. I can say just waste a time during visit in Sapporo thanks to them. My Strong recommendation is YOU DON'T STAY THE HOTEL if you have any plan to come Sapporo and spend good time. (even Japanese person encountered this, more worse things should be happened for non-Japanese person)

This’s my first capsule hotel so everything was new to me. You literally get a bed with small locker at the top and big locker under bed. When u check in, u get a pair of slippers and a towel. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom in the common area has six sinks and it was not crowded at all. There are washers n dryers which were super convenient. There’s a hugh common area but I never saw anyone sitting there. People were quiet and respected the space. However there was one American lady who was on the phone n everyone could hear every word she said. Finally, after an hr, I asked her to be quiet n she immediately cut the talk. I enjoyed my stay. For US$49 for three nights at the heart of Sapporo, there’s no better deal.

Very good location in Sapporo. Very near all the places we hope to visit. Unfortunately while we are there, we couldn't get a carpark from the hotel. There is no drive way lobby, so it can be confusing to enter the hotel. You got to get your luggage off the taxi stand, before parking your vehicle in another building. But for the price & location , it is all good. Great breakfast 👍🏿

Very convenient location, just near tanukikoji. The room is also a good size, but it may be troublesome for big luggage. There is no problem if you just sleep. Anyway, it was good to be able to stay cheaply within walking distance to Odori Park in Sapporo.

Former 々 I stayed for 2 nights with a high-rated review. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were substantial, the cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the word of mouth were wonderful. I think it's a quality that's not surprising even if it's double the price. If I dared to be worried about only one point, there were group guests who seemed to be salaried men and students of sports club activities, but they talked loudly in the bathroom or sauna, and after the sauna, they didn't even hang water. I'm in the cold bath I saw several insane people, such as making noise in the hallway. I think this is not a hotel problem, but a customer problem, but on the assumption that some people are such insane, they should be warned especially to group guests at check-in. I hope you will write an easy-to-understand note in the bathroom. I will use it when I go to Sapporo again. Thank you very much.
