The hotel has an excellent location, being near a shopping street and a mall. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices. The train station at Susukino is conveniently accessible, just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. However, while the room size was satisfactory, the carpet was a bit old and dirty.

This’s my first capsule hotel so everything was new to me. You literally get a bed with small locker at the top and big locker under bed. When u check in, u get a pair of slippers and a towel. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom in the common area has six sinks and it was not crowded at all. There are washers n dryers which were super convenient. There’s a hugh common area but I never saw anyone sitting there. People were quiet and respected the space. However there was one American lady who was on the phone n everyone could hear every word she said. Finally, after an hr, I asked her to be quiet n she immediately cut the talk. I enjoyed my stay. For US$49 for three nights at the heart of Sapporo, there’s no better deal.

Very disappointed, I will request a birthday greeting for the wife name noriko san, staff never do anything, even a small papers to greet the birthday celebrants nothing service, even the small hotel they give something like birthday restaurant tickets that hotel is relief hotel Susukino, compared to the knots hotel Susukino Sapporo the more elegant looking but nothing good services, never stay anymore no more 🥲😡

Accommodation near subway Odori station, a short walk away. Near tanuki street and can walk to susukino. The rooms are moderately sized. Delicious breakfast There is rice that can be topped with fish roe and shrimp. There is no shared bath, but the hotel has onsen powder for you to use in your room.

Excellent location, services, room cleanness and facilities. You can find a washing machine and microwave oven in your room! The scallops miso soup provided in the breakfast buffet was amazing! Will come back and stay in this hotel next time when I visit Sapporo again 😊

Here's a breakdown: Positives: Location: The biggest advantage is the unbeatable location, right next to Sapporo Station. This offers easy access to public transport, major attractions, and restaurants. Cleanliness: My room was clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities like towels and toiletries provided. Negatives: Snowy walkway: Having to navigate a snow-covered walkway could be inconvenient, especially for travelers with luggage or mobility issues. The hotel might want to consider clearing the snow regularly for better accessibility. No bottled water: The lack of a complimentary bottle of water is a small detail, but it's an additional expense for thirsty guests, especially after a long journey. Small room for 3 adults: A standard room at Nest Hotel is quite small, and with 3 adults, it could feel cramped and uncomfortable. It's important to consider room size when booking, especially for group travel. Overall: Nest Hotel Sapporo Ekimae offers a convenient location and basic amenities at a potentially affordable price. However, the lack of bottled water, potentially small room size for 3 people, and the snowy walkway could be drawbacks for some. Consider your priorities and weigh the pros and cons before booking.

The hotel rated 5 star in trip, I will review as above standard. The hotel is a big building, grand looking, When I first entered the hotel, reception staff, received me very politely, invited me to seat down, and she arranged my turn for check-in. Check in staff also very professional, good smile, efficient. After I settled down in the room, I wanted to go gym and swimming pool, I noticed there is a fee 3,300 yen per use. This is the first disappointed unreasonable charges. I went down to the lobby, wanted to have a drink. I go into the only lounge in the lobby, the second disappointment came, the lounge staff told me the lounge only open to higher level customers, not for normally room guest like me. I am totally unsatisfied with what I paid and what I got. Other unsatisfactory issue like room size very small, bed park toward the wall, don’t have wardrobe, bathroom very small, small tv 32”, parking fee 2000 yen. Anywhere the breakfast was good. You can choose a better hotel nearby.

The location is strategic at this season of time because it will be so harsh to brace through the cold snow dragging luggages to walk to any other hotels surrounding. So Nikko is the best choices. Amenities is fantastic and very fine too, they provide super handy pocket size sanitiser,skin care set meant for winter dry weather, bath salts and MIKIMOTO body lotion is so good for dry skin, absolutely loving it. View from 33th floor is just amazing, be it good or bad weather, overlooking the breathtaking snow mountains is just beyond satisfying. I tried to book local tour with the service desk, but they are not helpful. It will be perfect if the staff could be more professional with international tourists.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Emion! The hotel is new, modern and very clean with some nice amenities. Our room was great and it was very comfy and quiet. There were lots of extras in the rooms like a kettle and mini fridge, a TV with casting abilities, pyjamas and all kinds of hygiene products. We had a very good night's rest here. The bathroom for the room had nice bathroom products with big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The shower pressure was great and it was easy to control the temperature. A highlight of visiting Japan is always using the Japanese toilets and they had a nice new model that even had a sanitation feature. The hotel has some good amenities like the onsen and baths on the second floor. Again, very clean and some good high temperature pools to soak in as well as a sauna and cold bath. The nice bathroom products from our room were also available in the baths area. The onsen has a nice change room and the ladies have a separate spa card to access their change area. The hotel lobby was very comfy and cozy with direct access to a 7-11 by the front desk. The second floor also had quite a few vending machines and laundry machines available. The laundry machine washed and dried our clothes for 600 yen in 2 hours and had self feeding laundry detergent which was a nice touch. The location is pretty good and we found we were within a 20-30 minute walk to most of the places we visited while in Sapporo. The hotel even has access to Sapporo Train and metro station via entrance 15 and you can stay indoors the whole way if you follow the corridors and pedways all the way. It just opened but we wish the sidewalks in front could be cleared a bit better because it was pretty slippery and icy during our stay. We'd also recommend having a change machine and more laundry machines because it was very popular. I waited in the area for a machine to be available and two people showed up right when my laundry was done at 12:40 am. The laundry machines do require you to put in a code before you start and after you finish to make sure no one else unloads for you.
