Our stay at the Richmond Hotel was exceptional! The hotel's location is advantageous, with easy access to Odori Park and Sapporo Station, making city exploration convenient. The staff displayed commendable friendliness and a welcoming attitude, always ready to assist when needed. Additionally, the room was extremely comfortable. While the hotel facilities show some signs of age, our overall stay was generally comfortable. However, there was one service-related issue that left room for improvement. Despite making a reservation for three people, including a child, we were told we could only receive towels for two people because the room was originally designed for double occupancy. The staff's rigid stance on this matter was disappointing, and we would appreciate more flexible service in such situations. A simple request for an extra towel shouldn't be such an issue at a hotel of this caliber.

Staff - So welcoming w, attentive ,speaking English very well,Always smiling,try to do their best according to your needs. Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags. Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too. Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu. Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient. JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen. We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

The location is perfect! Right next to Sapporo JR station, most convenient location from the airport and central from shopping. If you only have 1-2 days in Sapporo, I can't think of another place to stay. Right beneath the hotel there are Stellar Place and Daimaru. Another big shopping centre just across the street. One subway station away from Odori/ Susukino. Hotel rooms are decent. Nothing to complain. They even offer massage services in the room until midnight. I will definitely pick this hotel if I return to Sapporo.

Very nice! The hotel gave us an extra bed for our three people. Particularly I recommend the breakfast although you maybe get something special. Hahaha! The location is very good. It’s very near from JR station and has many good restaurants nearby.

2 small double beds were fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast buffet including wine and ice cream, salmon roe, cod roe and rice porridge for kids! Late checkout incurs a fee of 2000 yen an hour. Right outside exit 9 of JR with complete step-free access from the JR trains. No facilities but at least the lifts are fast. Close to daimaru where there is a Pokémon Heaps of mainland chinese tourists but I would definitely stay again.

Hotel directly opposite Sapporo station, very convenient, that's a link from the hotel basement to the train station underground, no worries if it's snowing. Check in was smooth, front desk staff are friendly. They provided luggage storage, just use your credit to locked and unlocked, we were away to Hakotate for 2 days, they allowed us to store our big luggage until we got back and checked into the hotel again for a night before leaving Hokkaido. Will stay in this hotel again when my next visit to Sapporo
