Hotel Livemax Budget Sapporo

Nakajima Park Sapporo|0.29km from Kogumaza
Roughly speaking, it's a hotel where the former resort lost to the times and turned cheap. Think that there is almost no service. Room cleaning is only once a week and costs 1000 yen once if you want more. Think of the front desk as basically unmanned. (Except when necessary (midnight, etc.) it seems to be close to one operation) There is no extension in the room. It is not recommended for those who are expected to have an emergency such as those with a chronic illness because you can only go to the front desk or call it by the outside line. I forgot to say, but amenities such as towels are set only on the first day, but after the second day, you need to bring the set next to the front desk back to your room. The building is a bit old, but it is beautiful. The room was reasonably large and my room was twin, but I could afford to put a bed for 3 people if I packed it. It is also a high point to separate bath and toilet. It will be a remnant of the resort era. However, the sound around the water (especially the toilet) echoes quite a bit, so I think people who are interested will be interested. The soundproofing of the room itself is considered to be a general business hotel level. There is also a smoking room, so I think it will be helpful for those who smoke. For the time being, it feels like cutting off all added value and attached services and reducing costs and reaching the present. Location is good, but it is good to go by train from the subway nearby, and it is not far from Sapporo Station, so you can go by taxi. However, it is not famous, so it is not possible to pass only the hotel name. There was Lawson right next to it, so I said, ”At Lawson in front of Nakajima Station,” and I passed it. It depends on the location from Susukino, but it's about a 10-~ 15-minute walk, so it's hard to understand because the surrounding area is pitch black and the hotel has no shining signboards. Please note that the rooftop lighting cannot be seen from directly below. I forgot to say, but the bed is not very good. I stayed for 2 nights and my whole body hurt. It may not be recommended for those who choose bedding. In conclusion, considering the price, is it possible to have a short stay? The room is clean and nicer than a poor business, but I don't think I'll stay next time because the bed didn't fit.

Susukino
I am so glad I booked this hotel than my first pick near Sapporo Station. Unwind Hotel is located in the quiet side of Susukino near Nakajima Station, Nakijima Park and the Airport Bus in front of Vessel Inn take note that the last bus to Airport is at 11 AM. We got 2 Double room and the size is bigger than the Japanese standard. Breakfast was so good, delivered outside your room everyday. Small hotel with personal touch, not busy like bigger hotel with tour group. Yes, we will stay here again if visit Sapporo again.

Nakajima Park
It's just outside the subway station. It looks grand and grand, and you can see the high construction standards. The staff is well trained, responds quickly, handles problems very professionally, and handles some details very well. The room facing the park is very quiet, and the autumn scenery outside the window is intoxicating. For breakfast, I tried the Japanese set meals on the top floor. The quality was good. My favorite was the fried cod. However, the room facilities are old and have many flaws: the quilt does not use a quilt cover, but the quilt is added with cotton wool, which I personally dislike. The cotton wool is very dirty and will itch when it comes into contact with the skin; the shower needs to be adjusted with two faucets of hot and cold water, which is very troublesome to operate. , it is easy to be scalded by hot water; the toilet seat is like a soldering iron, and the power cannot be cut off and the heat cannot be adjusted, even if it is covered with a towel; the amount of cold water in the washbasin is extremely small

The location is close to Nakajima Koen Station, so you have to walk a little to get to Susukino, a downtown area. About 10 minutes. It is convenient because the airport bus is nearby, but there are not many buses, so if you don't check it, you may have to go to Susukino or Sapporo.. And there is a shuttle from the hotel to Sapporo. It's very nice to have a convenience store nearby. There is a park and a small stream, so it is good for a walk. The room was big and clean(even though it's a little bit old) and I think this hotel really care about cleanliness. But there were some smell of old bathroom, except this, it was perfect. And the view was excel :)

This is the BEST hotel in Sapporo for long term stay. The staff was very kind, thoughtful and friendly. I used the GYM almost everyday because it was so spacious. Room is spacious and clean. Bathroom as well. They have afforaable coin Laundry as well! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a long stay, telework (internet is high speed and theres a working desk), affordable and cozy transportation around Sapporo. It is also close to many popular delicious food around Sapporo. 5 STARS! SHOUT OUT to the front desk team, especially Matsu****a-san, Dendra and Liu Chih for making my stay so comfortable - they're always so ready to help especially with me moving in and out of the hotel so much to travel around Sapporo! Nakajima Park
We stayed using national travel support. Location-Close to Nakajima Koen Subway Station and convenient access. Room-The room was small, but it was acceptable because it was a cheap travel price. I thought it would be comfortable if there was a little more hook to hang clothes. I appreciate the fact that the toilet and bath were separate. However, the toilet was a little narrow and there was a feeling of blockage. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning was clean. There are few amenities. The hotel itself is small, but there was always a hotel at the reception and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The correspondence of the hotel staff is polite. I was grateful that there was a newspaper at the front desk. It was a good hotel.
