Hotel is nice and facilities are great. Room is quite small comparing to other hotel nearby

I stayed at this hotel in late July 2025, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I had specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I mentioned this to the staff, they sprayed some kind of disinfectant or deodorizing solution all over the walls. However, when I returned after going out, the smell was still there, completely unchanged. It was so bad that I woke up in the middle of the night and even had a sore throat because of it. On top of that, the handle of the bathroom sink faucet kept falling off, so I had to reattach it every time I used the sink. I reported both issues again before heading out the next day. They said they would disinfect the room again. The faucet was fixed, but the cigarette smell remained just as strong. As a non-smoker, staying in that room was truly uncomfortable. To be honest, the smell was so intense that I simply couldn't adjust to it. Aside from spraying some solution, no other action was taken, and it was clearly ineffective. I strongly suggest that the hotel properly check for smoke odors in rooms before assigning them to guests who specifically book non-smoking rooms. Even though the price was relatively low, it still felt like a waste of money. The location is convenient and close to popular tourist attractions, but I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are non-smoker.

The hotel is very accessible to the train station and all the shopping areas. I highly recommend this hotel plus the friendly receptionist and staffs. 💯

At first glance, I thought that this hotel was absolutely fantastic for the price - however the light dimmers were broken and the king bed was very hard Not bad for the price, as the hotel is new and the service is good, but beware that the sleeping experience could be improved

I had an amazing stay at Hotel La'Gent Stay Sapporo — everything was simply perfect. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was a highlight — a great variety of delicious options, both local and Western, that truly start your day right. And most importantly, the service was exceptional — friendly, helpful staff who made the stay feel welcoming and seamless. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Sapporo. I’ll definitely come back again!

The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities felt quite new. Luggage storage was available. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located next to a commercial area, very close to both Odori and Sapporo Stations. There's also a convenience store conveniently located on the ground floor. On a snowy day, the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. This was our first hotel in Hokkaido, and we had a very comfortable night's sleep.

Best location in Sapporo. The room was sooo big and had a good view, yummy breakfast. It’s next to a subway station by walking. We stayed there when there was a snow festival which was next to the hotel. Also, it is so easy to get to the Airport. The airport bus stop is just behind the hotel. It’s so convenient.

Very nice location right next to the metro station. Room is big enough for us to open a total of 4 luggage. There's just 1 downside about city, parking always is quite annoying though. It's nothing about the hotel, it's just the parking space and the cost are pretty expensive. Anyways, thanks for the service, and if I'm returning back to Sapporo, will definitely back in this hotel.

The location is incredibly convenient. After a day of shopping, you can easily unwind in the communal bath, and there's also a complimentary lounge with hot and cold drinks. It offers excellent value for money! Facilities: Well-appointed Cleanliness: Spotless Ambiance: Comfortable Service: Towels were changed diligently every day.

Our room was spotless. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Odori Park, and Sapporo TV Tower is also a straightforward walk down the road. Getting to the hotel from New Chitose Airport was a bit of a journey: I took the JR to Shin-Sapporo Station, transferred to the Tozai Line (Miyanosawa direction), and got off at Nishi-Jūitchōme. From the subway exit, it was a straightforward walk of under ten minutes until I easily spotted the black Odysis hotel sign. For my return journey, I was pleased to find an airport bus option. I used the hotel name (referenced in 'Image 3' for navigation, and the full name available on the airport bus diagram in 'Image 4') to ensure I boarded the correct bus. It goes directly to New Chitose Airport, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. During my four-night stay, I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff. The lobby provides self-service toiletries, skincare products, free coffee, and drinking water. There's also a microwave available for free use. I didn't book breakfast, but this wasn't an issue at all, as there are three convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson) right outside the hotel. To walk to Tanukikoji and Susukino, just turn left out of the hotel entrance and then use Google Maps to find your specific destination. A laundry room and vending machines are located on the 2nd floor, handy if you forget to buy drinks before heading back to your room.
