Booked this hotel because of the breakfast and it didn’t disappoint me. Room was clean and staffs were helpful. There is also a hotel parking right behind the hotel building. Will definitely be back for the amazing breakfast. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location near the metro station, hotel lobby at level 7. Level 1 to 6 is shopping mall and food court, restaurant. Clean and comfortable bed. This is a new hotel opened in 2024. If I come to Sapporo again I will stay here.

The location is excellent, and I really like this hotel. Everything else was great, apart from one of the front desk staff who seemed a bit aloof. Additionally, when we checked in with children, they didn't proactively provide kids' slippers, despite having them available. Susukino is right on the doorstep, and downstairs there are convenience stores in three directions, making it super convenient for picking up essentials. Next time I'm in Sapporo, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Large hotel. Basic room, but not a bad size for Japan. Room cleaning every 4th day, but fresh towels daily. Our room was uncomfortably warm (in February with snow falling outside), even with the heater off. We needed assistance from reception every time we wanted to open or close the window as our room had no window handle? Soundproofing wasn't great from both adjoining rooms and the main road outside.
Not bad but have stayed in better in Susukino for a similar rate.
I wanted to stay somewhere near the Sapporo Station because I planned to join the day-tour to Biei and I also needed to take the train to Otaru, so the location of the hotel was pretty good although there were a few more hotels that were a bit closer to the Sapporo Station. Still, every staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was big enough to keep 2 suitcases open, which I personally liked the most. Also, this hotel is known for its delicious breakfast and it was even better that a buffet style and a Japanese style are served, which I enjoyed a lot as I stayed for 4 nights. Lastly, although it takes about an hour and a half to get to the airport, you have an option to take the bus to the airport from the hotel. Unless you are planning to stay somewhere near Susukino, this hotel can be the one great choice.
The hotel was exceptionally clean with excellent service. The ambiance was also very pleasant. They offer convenient self-service laundry facilities, including washer-dryer machines where you can even set a personal code. Plus, there are complimentary hot spring baths, with separate sections for men and women. It's conveniently located near Odori Park and the JR station, both within easy walking distance. It was perfect for a summer stay, even at 26°C!

I stayed at this hotel in late July 2025, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I had specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When I mentioned this to the staff, they sprayed some kind of disinfectant or deodorizing solution all over the walls. However, when I returned after going out, the smell was still there, completely unchanged. It was so bad that I woke up in the middle of the night and even had a sore throat because of it.
On top of that, the handle of the bathroom sink faucet kept falling off, so I had to reattach it every time I used the sink. I reported both issues again before heading out the next day. They said they would disinfect the room again. The faucet was fixed, but the cigarette smell remained just as strong. As a non-smoker, staying in that room was truly uncomfortable.
To be honest, the smell was so intense that I simply couldn't adjust to it. Aside from spraying some solution, no other action was taken, and it was clearly ineffective. I strongly suggest that the hotel properly check for smoke odors in rooms before assigning them to guests who specifically book non-smoking rooms. Even though the price was relatively low, it still felt like a waste of money.
The location is convenient and close to popular tourist attractions, but I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are non-smoker.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable room, convenient location! One thing that surprised me, though, was a total lack of laundry machines... it's the only hotel in Japan from 20+ that I've stayed in that doesn't have coin laundry on site... this made it not very convenient... other than that, it was great!
Stayed at Froza Sapporo Station Hotel and was genuinely impressed. Although it's officially a 3-star hotel, the facilities, room condition, and breakfast are easily on par with a 4-star standard.
The breakfast spread was especially remarkable — lots of variety, consistently well-stocked, and presented neatly even towards the end of breakfast hours. Special thanks to the gentleman managing the breakfast corner, who was highly professional, attentive to food quality, and served guests with great courtesy.
The location is also super convenient, making it a great base for exploring Sapporo. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

丫丫大頭It's my first time to live on a tatami and it feels good. There is a bed so it doesn't feel hard.
I stayed at Xiaotangquan. Fortunately, there was no one else there for the two nights of bathing. I didn’t have to worry about embarrassment. It was much more comfortable after I was tired from traveling.
However, please note that only Tangquan has large shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo in the room is a disposable package and there is no conditioner.
AAvihuMy room was on the 3rd floor. It was about 50 meters from a train bridge. You could hear any train that passes by (see the photo). To avoid the noise, there is sort of a ”heavy door” to cover the window, thus you receive a room without windows.
Secondly, the breakfast was the poorest I had in the last 3 weeks of travelling in Japan. So extreme basic.
KKunsineeI recently stayed at Travelodge and overall, the experience was quite decent. The room was clean and the staff at the reception were friendly. However, I did face a bit of an inconvenience during my stay.
On one occasion, I put the card on the door asking for fresh towels, as per the hotel's policy for towel change requests. Unfortunately, despite the card being clearly visible, the housekeeping staff did not come in to replace the towels. This was a bit disappointing, as I was expecting a simple service to be carried out as requested.
While the hotel itself is generally comfortable, I hope they can improve their housekeeping service in the future to avoid such oversights.

GGuest UserNice clean rooms, nearby the sapporo and odori station. Walk along the streets of the hotel and you can find numerous cafes, stores and eateries. It's a good central location and easy to access via the train station. Less than 5 mins walk away. Recommended to stay for a good experience

GGuest UserThe hot spring is under maintenance since 2024 March, but it is not stated when I make booking on this hotel, quite disappointed I can’t enjoy the hot spring when staying there for two nights, as the temperature in Sapporo now in mid-November is very low (lowest 4 celsius at night).
Overall cleanliness and distance from the train station is perfect.

SShoThe bed was spacious and I was able to sleep comfortably. The free space on the 10th floor was also spacious and I was able to socialize with other guests, which was great!
유유경I was worried because there were not many reviews, but it was a pretty satisfactory accommodation. I leave a review for those who make a reservation.
I traveled with 3 people, but I was worried that the Japanese accommodation was generally small, so I was worried that it would be like this here, but it was so nice that the two double beds, the room was spacious, the kitchen was equipped and comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood, so I don't know if I can hear noise outside and the soundproofing is good or the people living are quiet, but it was nice to be quiet. The bed was also an iron bed at first, but it was fluffy and stable, so I could sleep well. The downside is that I didn't refill the towel, so if I didn't have enough, I had to wash it myself with a washing machine inside. The location was good as it was a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station and a 5-minute walk from Nakajimakoen Station. There is also a convenience store (Family Mart) right nearby. I would like to use this property on my next trip to Sapporo.

HHuiyu9696The hotel is kinda old-fashioned and it need key to unlock instead of card. The toilet has abit odour and dusty on the table and coffee machine. However, staff is helpful and friendly. Location wise is near Susukino.
One thing need to be caution is someone unlocked my room, luckily I had used the anti-thief chain. I’m not sure the key it’s shared Kay among the room or the housekeeper unlocked it. Please improve!
