Connected with JR Shin Sapporo with easy access, just follow their youtube video on how to get there. Connected to Bivi Park Mall as well
so you can easily shop at scoop supermarket.
Let's start with the positives: The hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Sapporo Station, which is a major hub, making it quite easy to get to the city center. The area itself is quieter than downtown, with more local residents and fewer tourists. Even during peak season, the price seemed reasonable. The hotel's exterior also looks quite attractive.
On the other hand, there are some significant drawbacks: The hotel feels quite dated. Both the facilities and service could use an update, and the rooms and hallways specifically look old and worn out. The front desk staff were rather aloof. We tried to book breakfast three months in advance but couldn't, and it was still unavailable to purchase upon arrival. Additionally, the large public bath downstairs cost extra. Despite being advertised as a five-star hotel, the overall experience felt more like a budget chain hotel.

READ ME IF U WANT A FULL DETAILED REVIEW:
Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by.
Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it.
Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it.
The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare.
Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it.
Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame.
The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it.
The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up.
The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep.
Bonus:
- they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants
- the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather
Overall:
A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

Very nice location right next to the metro station. Room is big enough for us to open a total of 4 luggage. There's just 1 downside about city, parking always is quite annoying though. It's nothing about the hotel, it's just the parking space and the cost are pretty expensive. Anyways, thanks for the service, and if I'm returning back to Sapporo, will definitely back in this hotel.
Pros: best beds! This was the 6th hotel in our month long Japan trip their firm Simmons mattresses are the best. Good public bath on the top floor with an open to sky outdoor tub. Excellent friendly staff. Little things like reprogramming the escalator to go down during check out hours, seats at the elevator lobbies, and code to access to the baths makes the stay nicer. Best prefeb bathrooms and also nicely appointed deco. Room size was bigger than your standard business chain hotel. Great location too to Sapporo Station and Odori Park.
Cons: although the breakfast selection was adequate, it badly lacked variety. Everyday was the exact same items/menu. I strongly recommend that they change out 20-30% like other hotels. For this reason alone we can not stay more than 5 days. We moved to another hotel due to this breakfast issue.
Overall, we would stay here again but again for not more than 4-5 nights due to the breakfast. Its a real pity because we like everything else about it. Almost a prefect score.
Opposite New Otani Hotel. Very clear information on how to walk to hotel from Sapporo station on website. Friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to help. Room is clean and stylish. Well located between Sapporo station and Odori Station. Can walk to Sapporo TV tower and Susukino. Lawson and Tully's coffee are just downstairs. Will stay again.

I used to stay at cheap accommodations alone, but I went here with my wife for a trip in the mid-100,000 won range. Since hotel meals are included in the price when traveling to Japan, I did so because the location is a bit far from the busy Susukino area toward Sapporo Station, but the breakfast is nice and the rooms are very clean. Of course, it is not a hot spring, but there is a public bath, so we went there in the morning and evening. There are saunas, hot springs, and cold springs, and it is available from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m. Of course, there is a break time in between. The restaurant is available from 6:30, and if you make a reservation, make sure to include breakfast. You will never regret it. Since Sapporo Station is close, I went on a 3-day 1-day tour departing from Sapporo Station. I took a train from the airport to Sapporo and a bus to the airport. It took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. The male staff members are a bit blunt, but the female staff members are kind and friendly. When I checked out, there was a female staff member who bought me a drink. I was grateful and I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Sapporo. I went to Hokkaido three times this year, but when I get home, I want to go again~~~♡♡♡
First of all the hotel located not far from JR Sapporo, it is very easy to access even on the snowy day, you can walk in the subway from JR to hotel.
Secondly, the onsen in the hotel also very nice, not too small but ok.
Thirdly, there are some convenient stores next to hotel.
Good accommodation, not far from Sapporo station. You can travel underground from Sapporo station to Odori and exit 5.
The hotel has a simple breakfast, sandwich or rice ball (choose one). The room is small, suitable for one person.
Note: There is no elevator from the ground floor to the lobby, you have to go up the stairs. But from the lobby to the room floor, there is an elevator. The hotel also has a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
